Khinei's POV
Power and control over the wind and lightning overwhelm me.
I stood up and said a few words to Kendy ,who looks really frightened.
This time i feel like i should be the one who needs to go easy on her so with a step forward i made a move at her but she blocked it. I quickly move as graceful as the wind and this time she is now the cornered rat. I started getting close to her and i managed to surprise her by sending a gust of wind straight at her face. She closed her eyes and was unguarded only for a few seconds but that was enough for me to pin her sword down and raised mine pointing it at her throat which is just an inch away.
Her eyes widened with fear and i was too exhilarated to say something so the two of us just stared at each other until i felt people clapping.
I put down my sword and looked around surprised that for once i was the one being respected. I guess i'm just so used to being laughed at i never expected anything like this to happen.
So after a while i got embarrassed so i turned my back and started walking at the flag. I pulled it out from the ground and i turned around to face them. And let's just say i'm not surprised that they're bowing down to me.
I've realized earlier that i am the daughter of Zeus (of course no mortal could control the wind like what i did so that's pretty much an indication) . And i guess i should be happy that one of my question is answered but ...
Looking at the faces of everyone i decided to look for Iza, Nic, and Elle for i suddenly remembered that they are assigned to protect the daughter of Zeus which is ... well me.
So now the question is : Why do someone need to protect me? Am i about to die or am i about to play a role that will save the entire universe??
