Frisk POV:

Toriel was right, I did end up catching a cold. Soon after I had gotten home, Sans gave me a call notifying me that I had been in such a rush to leave that I had forgotten to bring Flowey with me. He quickly teleported to me and gave me Flowey. I sneezed again. It had only been one day that I had had this cold, but it had gotten pretty bad at a rapid speed. I lied in my bed, sitting up while reading a book while Flowey sat on my nightstand. Toriel came in to check on me for the about the 4th time this hour. "My child, do you need anything?" I smiled at her softly before answering. "Not at the moment, but thank you Mom." She looked at me worriedly. "Are you sure it's just a cold? What if you caught something worse?" I wanted to tell her it was alright, but she did have a point. "Hopefully not." I said calmly.

She sighed before walking back into the hallway. I look at Flowey, who seemed to have a hint of remorse in his eyes. "I'm sorry, Azzy." He gave me a dirty look before scolding me about calling him by that name. I just giggled, and returned my attention to my book once again. My fever had gotten very high, and even though Toriel was using her magic, the fever still wouldn't go down. "Ah, Partner, you don't seem to be doing so good." Chara smirked, as I tried my best to ignore her. "I have more control then you think, Frisk." I rolled my eyes, and gave her a slight look of disapproval. She just chuckled, and continued to rant on, as she always did. Frisk just continued to read, until Chara abruptly stopped talking.

I looked up at her slowly. "What-" She put a finger to her lips, signaling to be quiet as she creeped into the hallway. My curiosity got the best of me. I followed Chara, as my blanket dragged on the floor behind me. I could hear soft crying coming from Toriel's bedroom. My eyes went wide as I rushed to the door. I was about to barge in until I could hear Asgore talking quietly."Don't worry my dear, it's just a cold. Frisk will be alright." Toriel sniffed. "But what if she ends up like Chara? I can't lose another one Asgore, not another one." I didn't know what to say. I looked up at Chara, who looked..... sad. Another wave of nausea hit me, and I rushed back to my bedroom. God, I hate being sick. I lied back into bed, and fell asleep once again, hoping that I would feel a little bit better once I woke up.

I look around me, to see that I'm in a field of sunflowers, stretching as far as the eye could see. It looked similar to the one I had fallen asleep in. I laugh as I smell the flowers and run around happily. But suddenly, a voice echoes all around me. You're time is up =) The flowers start to turn a jet black and wither. I jump up and start running as fast as I can away from the rotted flowers. But they're too fast. As soon as they reach me, I fall into a deep black abyss. I'm in a room full of.... dust? Look what you did. I realize that this isn't normal dust. It's them. I'm horrified. I start to run, but I can barley move. I can't talk, and my vision seems impaired. "Why didn't you help me? "Azzy? Asriel? Is that you?"  "WHY DIDN'T YOU HELP ME."

Screaming. Screaming is all I can hear.  Who's screaming? Is it me? "You're okay! Calm down... please..." Then, I just feel.... warm. Warm, all over. I see deep green eyes. Just like mine. But these ones sparkle, they sparkle with hope. With determination. I hear soft singing. Mama? Is that you? I start to sing along, for this is something I've missed, something I've missed for years. You are my sunshine.... my only sunshine.... you make me happy.. when skies are grey..... Mama isn't singing anymore. Why isn't she singing anymore? I suddenly wake up. My face is wet, and my throat hurts so bad, like when you've been yelling for too long. I can't focus. Who's voice is that? "Her fevers gotten higher, get the car ready." Who's fever? "M-mama? Why did you stop... singing?" I fell back asleep.
