Frisk POV:
I sat on my bed, my fan whirring in the distance. My soul hovered just above my hands. In the corner, it showed a steady grey. A luminous red substance dripped from the soul onto my hands. This is what it was like, to lose your determination. I stared down at the soul, my face emotionless. No one must know, I thought to just myself. A loud knock on my door disrupted my thoughts.
I quickly pressed the soul into my chest, inserting it back into my body. "Yes?" My voice sounded numb, and painful. "It's me! Can I come in?" I recognized the familiar voice at once, it was none other then Undyne. "Sure," I replied, nervous to face Undyne after such an incident. Undyne opened the door, and roughly pulled me into a hug. Undyne then sat on my bed, and looked around. "How have been ever since, uh, Henry." She questioned, turning to face me. "Fine." I stated, practically by instinct.
"Well, that's good. He hasn't been bothering you, has he?" Undyne looked at men her face shown compassion and worry. "I haven't been checking my phone." I replied honestly. Undyne then asked Frisk a few more questions, and then carried out a normal conversation about the police station she worked at, and how Alphys was busy testing out new gadgets and such. After Undyne had left, I stared at my phone, tempted to see if Henry had texted me.
"I'll just glance..." I mumbled as I hastily grabbed my phone. I turned it on, and typed in the password. To my surprise, Henry had left a lot of messages and voicemails. My eyes scanned over the messages. -Did you get home safe last night? -Sorry about what happened, I was drunk. It won't happen again. -Your 'friend' Undyne came over today. I had to pay a fine for drinking underage. Did you snitch on me? She seemed angry at me, too. 'Told me to stay away from you and that if she wasn't working as a cop she would have beat me up. - Wanna grab a bite sometime?
I sighed as I thought of a response, or if I should even respond at all. Maybe he really was just drunk, and he feels bad about it. I looked at my other messages, too. Messages from Toriel, Undyne, Asgore, Alphys, and many other close friends and family. I slammed my phone down on my nightstand and plopped down onto my bed. I went under the cover and tried to ignore the empty feeling in my chest, and the vision of my draining soul.
Henry POV:
She hasn't responded to me, not for days. I mean, I just don't understand why she hadn't wanted me that night. I know that I can't just give up though. She will give into me, she will want me. And I know that for a fact. I hop into my car and start the engine, heading to her house. If we talk face to face, I'm sure I'll be able to get to her. The drive is silent, and long. I finally make it to the house and ring the doorbell, crossing my arms.
The door opens up to reveal a female goat monster, with a kind smile and floppy ears. "I'm here to see Frisk." The woman frowns for a moment before speaking. "She didn't tell me she was expecting company. Who are you, may I ask?" I sighed and scratched the back of my neck, wishing this lady would just leave me alone and let me see Frisk.
These monsters are what's ruining society, why can't anyone see that? Honestly, Frisk was just crazy. I only really wanted her because she was hot. "Yeah, we're dating. She invited me over." I grinned, trying to play the part of being the good guy. The woman smiled weakly and invited me inside.
"I'll go get Frisk. Would you like something to drink? A cup of tea, perhaps?" I waved my hands in front of my face, trying to act polite even though I hated this lady's guts. As soon as I sleep with Frisk, I won't have to deal with any of this anymore. "I'm okay, thanks." The monster walked up the stairs to what I presumed was Frisk's room. A moment later, the lady came back down with Frisk. She frowned at me and whispered something into the goats ear. "I'll leave you two alone." The woman said before going back up the stairs.
"What the hell do you want from me?" Frisk spat, staring at me with disgust in her eyes. "I wanna talk, and apologize for what happened that night." She looked down at the floor, as if she were pondering my words. "An apology won't do anything." She finally said, looking in the eyes. I sighed, and pretended to fiddle with my fingers.
"I know that, and that's why I want to make it up to you. How about we go to dinner tomorrow, no drinks, and we can just get to know each other a little bit more?" I smiled slightly, trying to persuade her. She glanced around the room, seemingly unsure. "I'll think about it." I smile and stand up. I give her a kiss on the forehead, before leaving the house and hoping back into my car. She will want me, I know she will.
