You need to wake up...... My dear, please wake up.
Frisk POV:
But... I'm still so tired. I reluctantly fluttered open my heavy eyelids. I looked around, and the cold washcloth on my forehead slid off next to me. I looked down to see that I was now wearing a loose t-shirt with an anime character on it. I immediately thought of Alphys, then I knew where I was. I went to speak, but I had seemed to have lost my voice. Was that me who was screaming? I guess that wouldn't matter at the moment. I tried to get off the bed I was on, but something was holding me back.
I looked over to see that Toriels arm was resting softly on my stomach. She had her head resting on the side of the bed, and was sitting on a wooden chair. I carefully removed her arm. I got up, and walked toward the cracked door. I.... feel empty. Just like when- "Frisk?" I look around slowly, and see Chara next to me. "What do you want." She just stared at me, so I continued my adventure down the stairs. The living room was empty, and so was the kitchen.
I looked at the time, and realized it was the middle of the night. "Oh." I walked out the door to the porch. What if I just.... left? I've already set the monsters free, I've already finished my job here. It was raining, and I somehow felt an incline to inch out into the rain. I closed my eyes, lifted my head, and let the raindrops fall down my cheeks. She always loved to dance in the rain..... I looked around and walked down the sidewalk. You.. KILLED THEM. "I can't believe I'm doing this."
I walked, until I finally reached the end of the small town. They would be better with out me. Better without a DIRTY BROTHER KILLER. I shuddered. "What are you doin' kid?" I whipped my head around to reveal.... nothing. "Am I going insane?" I chuckled as I stepped forward. I felt sick to my stomach, but kept going anyway. "Don't do it." I looked around frantically, and once again, there was no one. "What..?"
I began to speed walk, and the voices kept on warning me to not leave. I started running as fast as I could, until I slipped in a puddle and crashed into the pavement. I looked around, and brought my knees up to my chest. "Why am I like this..?" I crawled to a nearby tree by the side of the road and closed my eyes, careful not to fall asleep.
~Time Skip~
I was now soaking wet, and the rain was slowly starting to fade. The sun was just starting to rise over Mount Ebbot. I put my hand to my forehead once again, which I had been doing every so often. "My fever must be through the roof..." Every few minutes or so, I would have a hallucination. It took me awhile to figure out it was the fever that was causing this. "S-still! I believe you in you!" I looked up at Papyrus' head, on the ground before me. "Don't do that, Paps." A cop car whizzed right by me before turning around and stopping his car in the street before me. He looked at me carefully before kneeling in front of me.
"Ma'am, are you Frisk Dreemurr?" "That would be me." I said in a raspy voice. He stood up and said something into his walkie-talkie before turning to me again. He helped me into the car and started driving back to what I could only assume was home. "We've been searching for you all night, Ma'am." I stayed silent until he pulled up into Toriel's driveway. He practically dragged me to the doorway. I stayed limp in his arms, feeling both mentally and physically tired. He knocked on the door harshly, and immediately the door slammed open the reveal Toriel, Alphys, Undyne, Asgore, and Sans.
I lazily looked up at all of them before the cop shoved me to the crowd of monsters. He began to speak to Asgore and Toriel who both seemed to be more focused on me rather then what he was saying. Someone gently led me to the couch, and wrapped a huge fluffy blanket around me. I looked up and realized it was Sans. He sat next to me and looked at me. His expression seemed blank. I shifted uncomfortably, and I heard the door slam. Everyone ran over to me.
They all seemed to have mixed emotions about my run-away. Toriel and Asgore seemed mad, which was a first for me. Sans wasn't saying anything, and Alphys seemed concerned about my health. Undyne seemed like she was worried. As everyone was swarming around me, I sunk deeper into the couch cushions. "Do you really hate me that much?" Toriel suddenly had a huge slash across her torso. "No..... I-I don't hate you.... I'm sorry!" I covered my face with my hands as I repeatedly said sorry.
"I-It was Chara!" I looked up at Toriel, expecting to see a pile of dust. But instead there was Toriel, in one piece who looked extremely startled. "C... Chara?" Toriel said, looking at Asgore. Sans stood up quickly. "Tori, I think the kids just startled from.. everything, I guess. Maybe we should just get ther to bed." He winked and then held out his hand for me. I looked up at him. I put my shaky hand into his, and he helped me to up the stairs to my room. I sat down on the bed, the blanket still rapped around me. He sat next to me, and we didn't say anything for a few minutes. "Why did you do that kid?" I didn't say anything.
My bedroom door slowly opened and Alphys walked in, shutting the door behind her. "I-I need to t-take your temperature F-Frisk." She quickly took the temperature and then looked up at me sadly. She put her hand on my arm, and without stuttering, said, "Frisk, we're all here for you. You can always talk to us. You can always talk to me." She smiled at me gently. Before she left the room she said, "Y-You should change out o-of those wet clothes." I got up, and stumbled to my closet before picking out some pajamas. Sans seemed to take the cue and left the room so I could change. Once I had finished, I hesitantly grabbed the door handle and walked out.
