❝ petting-induced aggression ❞

  now caviar is being weird whejekdk.

  she licked my hand twice. which is rare!! even more rare for her to do it more than once in the same day.

  i tried rubbing her head, but she turned around and grabbed my hand with both paws to bite it. i kinda just let her since it didn't hurt. she'd immediately lick my hand after she did it.

  i don't think she's upset? she bites after she hisses when she does.

  now she let me pet her head again.

  and i put my hand in front of her, and she licked it aaaa.

  i don't understand what that was.

  ohhh, just read that your cat can get overstimulated from being petted too much and being pet repetitively. it was called a "love bite" where she just grabbed my hand and bit it.

  gotta give her a break. i didn't know that too much petting could hurt a cat.
