  a few days ago where i was about to have an anxiety attack, i laid down and closed my eyes.

  i – reasonably – wasn't expecting anything to happen. i never fall asleep when my heart's racing. it's always been impossible.

  but! this was the exception. i played the acnl video that has all the music boxes at a very low volume and put my phone under my pillow.

  it seemed to help me get into sleep limbo. that was as far as i got. whenever i snapped back into consciousness though, my heart would immediately start racing.

  gonna try to use it to fall asleep tonight.
