  lamow, sean just reminded me that i get sensory overload by me having to hear him scream at his brother. made me want to punch him haha.

  summer makes me forget that i have adhd in general sometimes.

  it's the worse with sounds, but i also get sensory overload easily with touch.

  my eyes get strained easily by light. always have, i think.

  if i have multiple people trying to talk to me at once, it makes me want to have a whole ass breakdown ahaha.
