Chapter 31

I'm Fine

Eight months passed but they still don't know why Zi left, without word or explanation. The last time Waki talked to her is their break-up but instead it made him happy, that break up made him cry every night and letting pain wash through him. Lochell and Rose felt nothing but disappointment towards Joaquin.

"Loch, please kung may alam ka kung nasaan siya please-" Loch cut Waki by slapping him, he looked surprised by her sudden attack. Her eyes is full of rage.

"Don't talk to me," Loch said with so much anger and her tears suddenly betray her, Waki looked at her with so much regrets.

"She endured the pain Joaquin! She choose to stay with you, trying to give you the love she thought you deserve but cheating at her all the time? YOU ARE THE JERKEST PERSON I EVER MET!" Loch said as loud as she can, he can feel the rage of the girl.

"Do you know how much tears she wasted just because of you? Her fights for you?!" she said still with anger while pointing at Waki.

"HER BRUISE IN HER LIPS, SHE GOT THAT THE MOMENT SHE FOUGHT FOR YOU!" and with that Waki became dumbfounded from what she said, he remembered the cut on Zi's lips.. His hands are trembling out of frustrations..

"Her mother wants her to broke up with you but she said no, she can't.. That's why she got that.." she continued and he clenched his fist..

"She deserve the heaven of your love but you dragged her into the hell of your betrayal. And I will say this to you, she deserve better." Loch said then left Waki feeling too many emotions he can feel, the regrets, frustrations and empty feeling..

"Zi, I am sorry.." he said to himself, he just sitted to his seat, Drew and Ariel looked worried but they just let Joaquin have the peace of mind, but he is having a chaos now.. His feelings are now in chaos. He can't focus in their classes, activities and recitations because of what Loch told her.

"Bro," Drew said, Waki looked at him and his tears betray him. He cried, he is crying infront of Drew.

"I'm fine," he said between his sobs, he covered his face using his hands

"Let her go," Drew said but Joaquin shakes his head..

"I know that it's my fault.. But I can't let her go, she is the girl that I need." Waki said, still sobbing.

"The girl you need? You just need her, Waki?" Drew said with a hint of disappointment in his voice that made Joaquin confused for a moment.

"No, what I meant is I need her in my life." he said but no reaction from Drew.

"I hope, you think of that first before you cheated on her." Drew said then left him there, alone.. He understand why they are being like this towards him, he became a coward.. Zi and Talv dropped out the same day he saw and talked to Zi and their family left.

"I hope you are ok, Zi.." he said and left their room, he saw Vren talking in his phone. He lose his shit when he saw Vren happily talking, he goes to his phone, his madness goes in his head and jealousy. Lumapit siya kay Vren saka hinablot ang phone nito, nagbabakasakaling maririnig niya ang boses ni Zi, dahil namimiss niya na talaga ito..

"Ano bang problema mo?" Vren asked trying to snatch his phone but Waki didn't let him..

"Bro? You still there?" he felt disappointed when he heard a man's voice, he thought it's Zi. He throw the phone on the ground that made Vren so mad. Kinuwelyuhan siya nito

"You piece of sh*t, if you are trying to find Zi to me well sorry to say this but I don't know where is she right now and even if malaman ko, hinding-hindi ko sasabihin 'yon sa'yo." he said pero hinawi ni Joaquin ang kamay niya

"Possessive eh?" pang iinis lang sana kaso ngumisi si Vren.

"I am not rude but.. Why you are still trying find her even if you are one of the reasons why she left?" he said then his smirk faded and he became intimidating.. Waki didn't make a move, he just can't..

"You know what can broke her heart but you still done that perfectly without even blinking an eye, so tell me.. Are you still deserving for an angel like her?" Vren said, hindi siya nakasagot dahil tama ang sinabi sa kanya ni Vren..

"Stop bothering me again,' sabi ni Vren saka siya iniwan, he knows where is Zi but protecting her from him is understandable.. He just can't take it because it should not be like this.. Nilapitan siya ni Kim

"I know you're frustrated but don't break someone else's things again.." sabi Kim saka siya hinila palayo doon, palayo sa lugar kung saan siya iniwan ni Zi..

Khriziara's POV
Dark room filled with so much pain, this room just changed because of the new color of the wall but the memories is still engraved in my mind. Their argues because dad cheated, if you will ask me if where I am.. Dad took us together with mom, they are trying to fix everything na nasira dati. My room has a connecting door to Talv's room.

"Khriz, anak.." I hugged my knees at sumiksik sa gilid, papsi is outside.. trying to knock on my heart for one last chance..

"I am sorry princess, for hurting you and your mother. I want to hug you again, please.." he begged, I cried and not replying from what he said.

"Princess, I don't want you to be like this everyday. Please don't hurt yourself, you are hurting me princess," and with that, hindi ko na napansin na binuksan ko na ang pinto at niyakap siya, si papa..

"Anak," mahina niyang sabi pero hindi ako sumagot, niyakap ko siya ng sobrang higpit. Ayokong patagalin ang galit ko.. Ayokong pagsisihan sa huli, he hugged me back at kasing higpit ng yakap ko sa kanya.. We felt the hug of my mom and Talv, and I knew that we will make this right.. this time we will.. there is last fight, the pain of Joaquin's cheating on me and I know I will win because I have my family, and soon I will tell it to his face without a single feelings for him.

"Forgetting you is the biggest and toughest decision but it's worth it, and I have no regrets on that."
