New Year's Eve 2012-2013
*Alcohol mentioned

Steve had invited me to Tony's new year's eve party a while back and now I was getting ready. I slipped on a pretty silver party dress that ended at my mid-thigh, some chunky red heals and lipstick. I took one last look at myself in the mirror just as someone knocked on the door.

"Hold on I'm coming," I shouted. I grabbed my purse then opened the door to be met by a very handsome Steve. His eyes widened looking me up and down.

"Wow! (Y/n) you look beautiful," he stuttered a bit as his cheeks quickly turn pink.

"Thank you," I could feel my cheeks heat up as well, "You look just as handsome." He gave me his perfect smile and stuck out his hand for me to hold. I interlaced my fingers with his and we were off.

We took his motorcycle even though I was apprehensive at first with the dress and all. Finally, we got to the tower and there were tons of people, most of them famous or well known, filing in.

"Stark really knows how to throw a party huh?" I looked over at Steve who seemed just as overwhelmed.

"Yeah," we pushed our way through the crowd to the elevator in hopes to get to the party before midnight. Finally, we reached the bustling room with an open bar to the left, a dance floor to the right, and some seating above us in a loft-like area.

"(Y/n)!" Natasha grabbed my hand dragging me in the direction of the bar as Steve followed behind. "We are going to have the best time!" She practically shoved a drink in my hand when we all got to the bar, "Drink."

"Whoa Whoa what is even in here," Steve stopped me just before I took a sip. Natasha shrugged and downed something identical to what I had in my hand.

"Alcohol?" She squeezed her eyes shut and scrunched her nose at the taste. I hesitantly took a sip of the mystery drink.

"Natasha!" My reaction to the drink was similar to hers, "How many of these have you had? It's like straight vodka."

"Maybe two, I forget," she sighed as she waved over the bartender for another.

"This is gonna be interesting," I whispered to Steve handing him the drink to taste.

"Alcohol doesn't affect me," he held the drink awkwardly.

"Oh, I feel like I should have known that," I took the drink back setting it on the counter.

"(Y/n) what's your favorite drink, I'll get it for you, then we can go dance," Nat drank whatever I had just set down.

"Um, whiskey on the rocks?" I answered. Steve gave me a look as if he was surprised at my order. "I'll have to teach you about Carrie Underwood," I chuckled.

"Story for another time?" He questioned and I gave him a nod. Nat handed me my drink then we talked for a bit.

"Now it's time to dance," Nat pushed us into the heavily crowded dance floor. A side of Natasha I had never seen before came out as Steve and I just tried not to get stepped on by drunken dancers. The dancing was getting a little heated as a mosh pit gathered by the DJ.

"How about another drink?" I could barely hear Steve over the deafening music and I wasn't about to try to tell over it to so I just gave him a thumbs up.

"That is a mess," the bar had grown quite because everyone had shifted their attention to the dance floor. The bartender handed me another drink as we sat. "So you really can't get drunk?"

"Not off anything from here," he shrugged.

"You should ask Thor, I bet he could hook you up with some crazy strong Asgardian stuff that would probably knock your socks off," I giggled at the image of a drunken Steve. "I think we'd all love to see a drunk Captain America."
