And I think the saddest thing is how it is so much easier to just not say anything at all.
-AnonymousHazel's POV
I flopped on my bed as soon as I entered the room. Frank closed the door behind me, standing at the doorway. "Yeah must be tiring trying to look like a lady."
I turn on my side so that I could face him but did not get up. "I swear I love this shoes but I wouldn't mind throwing it at your head." I warn him bitterly.
"I'd think guys are messier if I didn't know you. How can your room be so messy?" He moved around the room, touching things at random.
"Don't touch my things!" I lifted my head to see him but the light in the room instantly went off which made me yell. "Hey! What the hell!"
A flicker of light illuminated the room coming from the lighter in his hand. He was now standing in front of the mirror. "You know, they say if you call out 'Bloody Mary' thrice in front of the mirror, she appears before you. Let's try it out!"
Sometimes I wonder if Frank's parents dropped him when he was a child or something and cracked his head by accident.
"Just from where do you get all these non sensible ideas?"
"I wanna try it out..."
"No!"
"But..."
"Turn on the light at once!"
He did so reluctantly, muttering bitterly under his breath along the lines, 'fine.. I'll just look at her instead.. her looks can even bring bloody mary to a shame'.
"I can hear you."
I removed my shoes and socks while Frank continued to fidget with my stuff, still mumbling to himself.
His voice suddenly died and I looked up curiously to know what finally could shut him up for good.
He was standing in front of the side table, staring down widely at a frame in his hand above an open drawer. I immediately rushed to him and pushed the drawer shut after shoving back the frame inside.
He stood rooted to his place, his hand still in mid air while I turned towards the window not wanting to face him.
"That picture.. he's still the one..." He said in a low voice.
Even though he didn't complete his statement, I already knew what he meant.
"After all this time..."
I closed my eyes drawing in a sharp breath. The tension in the room kept growing horribly with every ticking second. After what seemed like an eternity he spoke again.
"Here's an advice as your friend. It's about time you move on. Take it as the two of you.. were just never meant to be."
I didn't turn back but could hear the door click open followed by a thud indicating that he had left the room.
Leaving me alone to reflect on his words.

"Jeez, you look as good as dead!"
The bright morning sunlight hit my eyes as Amaya drew open the curtains. "Ow.. that's too bright." I complained shutting my eyes.
"What is wrong with yo.. Oh, is it because of the news? I swear to God I'm gonna kill that bitch..."
My eyes fluttered open and I frowned in confusion. "What news?"
