CYPHER

I took a glance at the person who's currently sleeping in my car, I'm in love with Adielle for years now. Dahil sa lalim ng nararamdaman ko para sa kanya, pag may problema sya or nasasaktan sya. Pinupuntahan ko sya parati. Kaya siguro nasanay na sya, kasi ngayon pag may problema sya ako na yong unang tinatawagan nya. And that made me happy.

I still remember the first time I saw her.

FLASHBACK

I'm here at the back seat of our car, together with my mom, dad, and sister.

We are heading to West Coast Hotel, one of the largest hotel in Asia.

"Mom dad, why do I have to be there?" I asked, cause really. Why does a 16 years old kid need to attend that kind of gathering?

I understand my sister Cyne's presence needs to be there, because she's the Eldest. She'll be handling our other business when the time comes.

"Because you are the heir of Saavedra Group of Companies." My dad said as he look at me with so much hope.

"What about ate Cyne? Don't you think it's too early for me dad? I'm just a senior high school student" I asked my father.

He smiled then said "Cyne will be handling our other business such as hotels, banks, and casino's. And mas mabuti ng maaga kitang ipapakilala sa mundo ng mga negosyante, so that they'll know Cypher Luca Saavedra will soon rule the Business world." Sabi ni Papa.

Damn, I'm sure as hell that this will bored me to death.

After a couple of minutes, finally we have arrived.

Lumabas kami sa sasakyan, my mother clung to my father's arm. Same with my sister to me.

Even though Ate Cyne is 2 years older than me, I'm already taller than her.

"Ate are you okay with this?" I asked her while entering the hotel.

She look at me with confusion, when we stopped near the elevator. I helped her with her dress so that It won't get stuck.

"Thank you" pertaining to her gown. "Okay with what exactly?" She asked me while stepping inside the Elevator

"With me being the future CEO of our company, It should have been you because you're the first born." I said while waiting for the Elevator to open.

"Cypher Yes, I am the first born. But lolo's last will said that, only the first born son can be the CEO of the Saavedra Group." Sabi nya sakin, nang bumukas yung Elevator ay tinulongan ko ulit sya sa gown nya.

"And besides, I have no interest in managing the company." She said while stepping out in the Elevator.

"Ate not all the time the son will manage the company, what if he's not interested in managing the company too?" I asked my sister, she clung to my arm.

She look at me and said. "You're not interested in becoming the CEO of the company am I right?"

I looked away and stay silent, we entered the hall where the party is held. We saw our parents greeted some people they know, they talk to each other and exchanging their how are you's.

"Talk to dad Cypher, I'm sure he'll understand." She said and tapped my shoulder.

Di na kami nag-usap pag katapos nun, the party started. Pinakilala kami ni dad sa mga businessman na nandun, even though the party is boring nakipag cooperate naman ako.
