Harley blinked. He had found himself in the cafeteria. Harith hadn't mentioned that he could travel in space as well as time. Then, it clicked.
"I must be in my body, not a separate one!" he thought. Harley then got up and rushed to Lylia's dormitory, hoping to catch her on the way.
When he was almost at the dorm, he spotted Lylia coming out. "Hey!" Harley called, waving to his friend. Lylia promptly came over.
"Hi, Harley. I thought we were eating at the cafeteria together," she stated in confusion.
"Uh, well, I had second thoughts about that." Harley lowered his volume. "What about Gloom? We can't let anyone see it, especially the professors." Lylia looked at him sceptically. He continued, "What if something happens to it? What if a professor takes Gloom away? Until we find out more, we really shouldn't bring Gloom to places where others might notice."
Lylia nodded. "I guess you're right. Why don't we go have a picnic in the gardens, then?" she suggested. Harley smiled and agreed, and together, they had a delicious picnic. Five minutes before the time was up, Harley excused himself and ran back to where he had found Harith earlier. Then, with a flash of light, he was gone.
