Alice swooped down and patted Lylia on the back. "Good job, Lylia dear!" she congratulated her. Then, she turned to look at a dumbfounded Harley. "You did well too, so it's a pity you lost. Now, you have to follow the terms."

"Terms? What terms?" Harley burst out, confused. Was this another one of Alice's devious tricks? The Blood Demon smiled and snapped, making a scroll appear in her empty hand.

"Let's see..." Alice said as she perused the contents of the scroll. "You see? It says, 'If Harley wins, he may take Lylia back for all eternity." She paused to show Harley the writing on the scroll. "However, if Lylia wins, Harley will have to leave the Abyss." Alice and Harley read aloud together.

"What? This isn't fair!" Harley exclaimed, bristling. "This was my first ever brawl match. I'm sure Lylia's had lots of practice! Of course she would win!" Although he knew that his friend was under the control of the demon queen, Harley looked to Lylia, hoping to find even a little bit of sympathy. But her red eyes remained emotionless. Alice looked amused.

"Yet the fact remains you lost. That is simply the results of the battle," she stated. "Now, leave before I have to banish you." Harley did not budge.

"I disagree with your terms. Let me-no! Lylia!" Despite Harley's protests, Alice simply waved her hand casually, and in an instant, the magician boy was spiralling through the air to be thrown out of the Abyss.
