Homecoming Theme: "Where stars shine"
Since the principal allowed outsiders to join. Neil decided to bring Rj along as his date to the homecoming. However, It took him a lot of convincing. Due to his situation, Rj has still been hiding away from Angel and her gang. It was risky for him to go out while he was being hunted down, but he couldn't say no to Neil.
Jenny wasn't able to bring Daniel's car. So Rj brought his own vehicle along, and picked them all up from their houses. However, Bea was still against the idea of going to the homecoming. She can't stand getting belittled by Carl and his friends again, so it was best for her to stay home.
The party was being held at the student hall, where mostly all activities and events were held. Upon arriving, Jack left to find Kyla, and Neil immediately joined the dance floor with Rj.
Jenny made her way to the drinks area with Edna. Since it was a normal school event, there were no alcohol, or anyone doing drugs at the corner of the crowd. If anyone dared disobey the rule of the school, the principal would never let you go without getting punished for it.
"You know... James has been staring at you." Edna said under her cup, trying to act natural as possible. Jenny turned around to see James with his friends at the other side of the serving table. The both of them made eye contact, and despite getting rejected, James smiled slightly at her; as if the rejection didn't affect him at all. Jenny returned a smile back, and averted her attention back in her best friend.
"Cute." Edna smirked.
"Shut up..." Jenny chuckled, and pushed her slightly on the shoulder. They looked at the dance floor, and saw Neil going crazy in front of his boyfriend, and a group of people. He was already roistered out there, and will probably throw up soon if he doesn't stop swinging his head to the sound of the base. The hired Dj, that thankfully is a king of keeping the party alive, turned on the disco lights, and shined the spotlight onto Neil. The music blared through the speakers, and the lights toned out around the building.
"If only Bea was here!" Edna shouted so Jenny could hear her.
"Yeah!"
"Hey girls!" The both of them turned back to the dance floor to see Rj. "Come join!" He shouted.
Neil motioned them to join, so Jenny and Edna placed their cups on the table, and headed their way towards the both of them. Another song blasted through the speakers, and the four of them swayed their bodies to every beat of the song. Other students surrounded them, bodies to bodies, and arms touched with sweat passing onto every skin.Rj grabbed Neil by the hand, and twirled him around. Edna does the same with Jenny, and all four of them join hands while dancing with one another. "Wooo!!" Rj shouted, and cheered as Neil twerked in front of them. The disco lights turned blue, making the whole building dim, and faces indistinct.More students filled the dance floor, and Edna grabbed Jenny's hand as they were both pushed at the other side of the crowd. They were now separated from Neil and Rj, but finding them was impossible. "Well... that sucks." Jenny said as they both continued to dance with another group of students.
—
"Wait where are they ?" Neil stops dancing as he noticed that Jenny and Edna were no longer around.
"I bet they're okay." Rj smirked, and grabbed Neil closer to him. The music blared, and the both of them continued to dance. Rj grabbed Neil by the waist as they both grind and danced on each other. "I'm actually glad to be here with you..." Rj whispered onto his ear. Neil faced his boy friend, and they both stared at one another. Under the blue lights, it was hard to see the color of his eyes but Neil can't help but fall deeper in love with his features, and everything about him.
