"Hindi pa rin ba sumasagot?"

Umiling ako sa tinanong sa akin ni Jessica. I was still bothered by my last meeting with Ryseann. He may not tell me directly what it is but I know something is wrong. Magkasama kami together for four years and more kaya imposibleng hindi ko malalaman. His eyes were sad. His words were painful even though it is sweet. Simula nung gabing yun, I am so bothered by the thought na baka may problema nga.

I want to ask him cause everything that happened between the two of us was surreal. We both learned that we have to face our problems together so that none of us will be left behind.

Hindi na kami magkakahiwalay ulit.

We won't let that happen anymore.

We'll be unbreakable no matter what challenge may come to us. We'll always do our best to get through it.

We are strong cause we are each other's strength.

"Jess, I am getting worried. It's been two days but I still haven't received any calls from him. Should I visit him na? Pupuntahan ko na ba siya sa condo niya? Maybe something's really up." I bit my lower lip.

"Wait, wait— girl, easy. Kalmahan mo lang. I'm sure he had his own reasons. But girl, you still had your own problems to face. How about your grades? Graduation mo ang nakasalalay dito. Wait. Does your Mom knew about this? Teka, nag-uusap na ba kayo?"

Napakamot ako ng ulo ko sa dami ng tanong ni Jessica. Mas lalo akong na-stress sa kanya! Ugh! She has a lot of questions and tuloy-tuloy pa! Of course, I can't answer them one at a time.

Geez!

"One at a time, okay. Isa-isa lang. Mahina ang kalaban." I rolled my eyes.

"Oh hehe. I'm sorry." She bit his lip.

"My grades... well, I was about to ask the professors regarding that last time but Ryseann told me na siya na daw ang bahala about that. He told me to trust him."

"Oohh... That's sweet."

"And my Mom doesn't know about anything. I've been reconnecting with her and we're fixing things. I don't want her to tell everything muna because I might just disappoint her."

Jessica nodded. Well, she understands me. Everyone of my friends do. Kaya nga I will not stop boasting them to the whole world. And I won't stop repeating that even though I only have a few friends, I don't really mind. They may be small in number but their hearts were really big. They may be few but at least they are true.

"Kaya nga you should fix your problem na. But ano sa tingin mo ang ginawa ni Ryseann?"

Umiling ako ulit kay Jess. "I don't really have an idea. I can't contact him."

"I have an idea! Puntahan nalang natin siya! You know, we'll never know unless alamin natin."

"But we might disturb him. Do you think it's okay?" I asked while lip biting.

"Of course, duh! Besides, you are his girlfriend. Wala naman sigurong masama kung makiki-echeos ka sa buhay niya right?"

"Okay! I guess you are right. But wait, let me prepare something for him. I am going to make pizza!" I excitedly said.

Bumili ako ng mga kailangan kong ingredients with her help, of course. I missed cooking or baking for him.
