I don't know if I had an enough sleep last night. I am still shock with everything. After knowing the truth from Ryseann, hindi ako magsisinungaling na mas nakahinga ako nang maluwag. It is the truth that I am waiting and I am rooting for the past four years. I know what Ryseann told me that time was a lie. I could really feel that there is something that I do not know. And it is so comforting when I learned the reason behind our break-up is still about my future, my dreams and my life.

I can't believe that Ryseann sacrificed everything for me and I can't stop myself from being so grateful for all the things he had done. Masaya ako na naging parte siya ng buhay ko. Pero ngayon, I can't lie that I am happier because he came back to win my heart again.

He asked me last night if I could give him another chance.

I badly wanted to say yes but Kuya suddenly called and we were interrupted. Hindi na namin napag-usapan after that because he invited me for dinner na. He promised to see me again today so I'll be waiting for him.

I just hope he could ask me again so I could give my sweetest yes to him.

Alam ko sa sarili kong I never stopped loving him. Ryseann never stopped loving me as well. So what's the point na patatagalin pa namin ito kung mahal pa rin naman namin ang isa't isa?

As I was curling my hair into loose waves. My phone rang and it was a video call from my Mom. I answered it and I smiled when I saw all of them there. My Mom, my Dad and my Kuya.

Ang sarap makitang magkakasama kami ulit and this time we know we are doing better.

"Happy Birthday sweetie!" Mom greeted me.

I smiled at them. "Akala ko nakalimutan niyo na." I pouted.

"Muntik nang makalimutan nila Mom at Dad. Pasalamat ka, pinaalala ko."

"Really?!" I reacted to what my Kuya said.

Hinampas siya ni Mom sa braso. "Johanns, you're ridiculous. How would we forget the most special day of our lovely daughter?"

"How are you there Rish?" Dad asked.

"I'm fine Dad." I answered.

"Don't forget to treat yourself there. It's your birthday."

"Yes Dad. I will. Thank you for your greetings again. I am so touched and I am so happy!" I smiled.

I may not be a showy person but I really know how to appreciate simple things like this. Masaya na ako sa isang simpleng bati ng mga taong makakaalala sa akin. I am never asking for more kasi alam ko naman na I will only get the things I truly deserve. Kaya ngayong birthday ko, talagang gusto kong maging simple lang.

"Sweetie, you know what you are 25 now. You are on your proper age na and we think that you should find yourself a boyfriend na. Don't you think now is the right time?" Mom smiled.

"Actually Mom... you know that... magkasama kami ulit ni Ryseann for a project right?"

"Yes. And I heard from Hans that you keep on ranting about it." Mom crossed her arms.

I rolled my eyes at Kuya. Ang epal talaga niya sa akin kahit kailan. Who told him ba kasi na I keep on ranting about it?! At first, yes! I would admit that and I will not lie cause it is the truth. Pero duh! Nung nagtagal hindi na ako nagrereklamo. Nasanay na rin ako.

Although... medyo naiinis ako sa kanya.

Pero hindi na ngayon! Alam ko na ang lahat and I know that we never stopped loving even we are distant from each other. Nagkaroon man kami ng kanya-kanya naming buhay but our hearts never separated.
