Today is Thursday and my job was focused on my restaurant. Luckily, natapos ko naman ang lahat ng trabaho ko sa hotel yesterday and for sure this day, may mga mag-p'pile up nanamang files. Madalas akong nakakakuha ng emergency calls sa office ko sa hotel kapag ganitong mga araw so pag minsan, I have to get there pa para lang ma-settle ang conflict. My hotel job was busier kahit three days lang ang work ko doon. The hotel needs me more kasi dito sa restaurant, may mga mapagkakatiwalaan naman akong tao.

Like Andrew na siyang co-owner ng restaurants ko and also my bestfriend Jessica. Jessica has her own restaurant na din and we are business partners kaya we are helping each other naman.

"Good Morning Ma'am." Bati sa akin ni Marie. Maaga siyang nakarating dito sa office.

"Hello Marie. Good Morning. What's my schedule today?" I asked her.

"You have one important meeting po later at 10 pm with the construction engineers pero ngayon kasama na rin po ang mga business partners niyo sa restaurant. Hearing po ngayon ng plano."

I smiled at her and I thanked her for enumerating my packed schedule for today. We are opening at 8am since we are also serving Filipino breakfast dishes then at 10am we are shifting to our lunch courses.

"I heard you already met the engineers Ma'am. So how was it?" That was Andrew.

Actually si Kuya ang nagpasok sa kanya dito because they know each other. And Andrew was also one of my most trusted employees here. Kasama ko siyang nagpapatakbo ng restaurant and siya ang humahalili sa akin whenever I am busy at the hotel. I am thankful for having him, to be honest.

Although he is older than me, he always respect me. We respect each other kasi ganun naman dapat diba. Respect begets respect and dapat wala yang pinipiling age or estado sa buhay.

Everyone deserves to be respected.

"Yes I was, Andrew and actually may meeting tayo later at 10. Makikilala niyo na rin sila." I smiled at him.

"Okay Ma'am, we are going to prepare for that. And I haven't formally welcomed you back Ma'am... so nice to see you again Ma'am. Welcome back po." Andrew smiled at me.

"Thank you Andrew."

Aalis na sana siya ulit nang pigilan ko siya. I forgot to ask him about one thing so I called him again. He turned to me, confused of what I am going to say.

"Bakit po?"

"How are you with Irene?" Nakangiti kong tanong.

I saw how he blushed and how he smiled sweetly. He is in a relationship with my bestfriend and I am happy for them. Sobrang saya nila sa isa't isa.

Irene is so pretty and Andrew is also a handsome man. Napaka-gwapo niya and he's also hot. Bagay na bagay sila sa isa't isa.

"We are good Ma'am. We are both happy." He smiled at me kaya tinanguan ko siya.

"Happy din ako sa inyo."

"Sana kayo din Ma'am. Lagi pong nababanggit ni Irene ang love life niyo. Sabi po niya, maybe oras na po para maghanap kayo ulit."

I just rolled my eyes. "Sa dami ng ginagawa ko ngayon, finding the right man won't give me any advantage. I just want to focus on my self right now. At least I am happy." I smiled.

"You have a point Ma'am."

Iniwan na ako ni Andrew at bumalik na ako sa pagtatrabaho ko. Open na rin ang restaurant at marami na kaagad kaming customers. Minsan nagho-hold kami ng important events dito lalo pa't malaki ang main branch namin.
