Day 15

Day 15

Been a while since I've written. The pack had hidden my journal and read it. They laughed at me, but they gave it back. 

I have one big black eye. Jarod gave it to me. He's the Beta's son. 

Jarod never really liked me. He always hit me and cursed at me. 

I hated him. 

He doesn't care if I get hurt because of him. He says I deserve every single cut and bruise. 

I do. I really do. 

Nate has been spreading rumours that I forced myself on him and that's why I'm pregnant. 

Now everybody thinks I'm a whore and desperate for attention. 

Well, I am a whore. 

But I absolutely don't want attention. It's the last thing on my list. 

I've been feeling such intence pains in my stomach for the whole today. They come and go. 

The Luna wanted to talk to me. Great. What does she want now?

As I headed down there, the pain in my stomach had gotten worse. I felt water drip down my legs. 

Oh, shit. 

I held onto the stair railing as I felt the pain rush through me. 

No. No, no,no!

I quickly went down the stairs and went to the Luna's office. 

She looked up as i entered the door. 

"Tavern-"

"Luna! The baby! It's coming!" I shouted. 

Her eyes widened. 

"I'm sorry! I didn't mean to shout."

She took off her glasses and went to me. 

"All I ask for is a ride to the hospital," I said. 

"Honey, you can have your child here. Sylvia will deliver it for you." 

"But I need to know if my baby is okay!"

"She'll check, hon!" 

"No! I have to go to the hospital." 

"No Tavern. You'll be having your child here," she said to me. 

I started crying, especially when the pain came back . I fell the floor as the pain took over my body. 

"Alright, Luna! I'll have it here!" 

I stood up once the pain went away and went to my room. 

If I can't go to the hospital, then I'll deliver it myself. 

I knew absolutely nothing abotu giving birth to babies. 

I'll find a way. 

Two hours later and I am in a tremendous amount of pain. 

I can't take it anymore! I have to push!

I take a small blanket and put it underneath me. 

I scream as I push. 

I hear somebody at my door and I panic. 

The door opened and I found the Luna and Koda there. 

"Tavern! You should've told us!" I flinched as the Luna shouted. 

"Oh, honey, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to shout." 

"It'd okay, Luna," I said. 

She looked down there and gasped. 

"We have no time, the baby is right there!" she said. 

Koda turned pale. 

"It's okay, Koda. We can do this," I said to him. 

He only nodded. 

Suddenly, the Alpha went in the room. 

I quickly looked away. 

"Sweetheart, what are you doing here?" the Luna asked him. 

"Came to see if everything was alright," he said. 

"Well, Tavern is having her baby!"

Just then, the urge to push was unbearable. I screamed so loud I think I broke something. 

I looked over to the Alpha and held my hand out to him. 

"Please!" I begged. 

He took my hand and squeezed it. 

After about five minutes of pushing, a bloody baby was in the Luna's hands. 

"It's a girl!" she exclaimed. 

I smiled. A girl. A precious girl. 

I felt her on my chest and I wrapped my arms around her. I started crying. She's here. She's finally here!

Her little cries were so adorable. 

I managed to quiet to her down. She wrapped her little hand around my finger. 

"What are you going to name her?" the Alpha asked me. 

"Malena. Her name is Malena."
