Chapter 1

(Future note: this was my first ever book on wattpad and overall it's fairly cringy, including the little author's notes at the end. I promise if you bear through it the quality of the book does get better, and my other books are also definitely upgrades from this.)

Ashley's pov

My eyes shot open in annoyance as I heard my phone alarm buzzing indicating it was time to get up

Ew. It was the first day of school.

I slowly sat up and picked up the vibrating phone and stared down at the snooze button

should I just go back to sleep? I only need a couple of minutes to get ready anyways....no but then I'm going to have to rush myself and then ill be in a panic as I'm trying to hurry up and leave, ugh. I guess I'm getting up

I turned off the alarm and groaned as I stood up, my legs still slightly wobbly after just waking up. I walked out of my room and down the hall towards my bathroom.

I don't live in a very fancy house or anything where I would have a bathroom connected to my room, me and my family live in a simple 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with 2 stories. It's not the nicest house ever, but it's definitely not bad.

After walking down the hall I opened the bathroom door and stepped in, feeling the cold tiles on my feet, I looked up at the mirror.

And that's me, Ashley willow, but I go by Ash.

"Not bad Ashley, you don't look half bad this morning," I said to myself as I picked up my toothbrush and toothpaste.

"Hey, ash who ya talkin to there, your imaginary friend?"

I turned to see my sister angelica, we were fraternal twins, and we were inseparable.

"Of course me and Fredrick over here are besties" I responded "you're stepping on his foot by the way" I added, which received a chuckle from angelica.
