Recap- " He pulled me in closer to him and leaned in. I took my hand off my nose, lost in the moment. He got closer and closer...

And poked my nose.

HE FUCKING TRICKED ME! Honestly, why'd I even fall for that, he'd never kiss me. I'm so fuking stupid."

Ashley's POV

"Gotcha," He whispered in my ear before pulling away and sprinting up the stairs.

I was actually speechless.

This bitch completely tricked me. I'm glad he didn't do that though, we're just friends. It'd be weird.

He ran up the stairs, as I just stood there; literally shook.

After about 30 seconds of processing what had just happened, I ran after him.

When I got to the top of the stairs, Tessa was standing there; blocking my path.

"Sorry, Ash, I can't let you get past here," She smirked.

"And, why is that?" I asked.

"Because Payton paid me to block you..." She giggled.

"Bitch, how much?" I said with wide eyes. The nerve of that man!

"20..." She muttered.

"I'll give you thirty," I offered.

"Nah, he's giving me 20 more everytime I resist your bribes," She laughed.

I took out my phone and texted Brent.

Ash- Yo get rid of Tessa for me and I'll pay you

Brent- Nope sorry Payton paid me not to help

Ash- ALREADY

Brent- yeh sorry Ash

I texted Cole.

Ash- Can you move Tessa out of the way for me?

Cole- Payton offered me 15, how much you payin?

Ash- 30

Cole- Deal.

Shortly after, Cole came up behind Tessa and wrapped his arms around her and lifted her up.

"COLE NO!" She yelled, kicking her legs and flailing her arms.

"Sorry Tessa, it has to be done," He chuckled, moving her out of the way.

"Thank you!" I shouted as I ran to the living room.Payton was sitting on the couch and he jumped when he saw me.

"YOU GUYS WERE SUPPOSED TO KEEP HER AWAY!" He screamed covering his nose with both hands.

"Heyyy Paytttttt," I smiled slowly walking over to him.

"Hiiiii Ashleyyyyyy," He mimicked me.

I walked over to him and he leaned back away from me as I got closer. I walked to where he was sitting and straddled his lap (not in a weird way, sickos) and wrapped my arms around his neck and hugged him.

"What are you doing?" He laughed.

I didn't respond and just kept hugging him.

"Okay we're just gonna sit like this?" He said as I rested my head in the crook of his neck and closed my eyes.

We sat there for like two minutes when he said, "Ashleyyyyy, you're killing meeee. I wanna hug you back so bad, but it'll make me loseeeeeeeeee," He whined.
