Ashley's POV

After about twenty minutes of talking in the kitchen, pizza finally arrived. I asked my mom to go get the door, and she did. She was even sweet enough to pay for me.

"Thank you mom," Angelica and I said as she set the Pizza box and soda down on the kitchen counter.

"Thank you Mrs. Willow," Everyone else echoed. It was a little past midnight now, and Brent was starting to slow down.

I love Brent, I really do, but he can be super boring at times. He's always the first to fall asleep, and he's usually not up for high energy activities. He's usually just in the mood to sit and watch movies, which can seriously get annoying.

"I think I'm gonna eat and then start to get ready for my bed," Brent yawned.

"Already?" Payton asked, raising his eyebrows in confusion.

"Yeah, Brent is the boring bitch of the group," Cole laughed, opening the pizza box. We all gathered around it and grabbed a slice.

"Sounds like it," Payton chuckled, "Why don't you try staying up, it's fun," He looked at Brent.

"There's no point in even asking," Angelica laughed, "Even if he stays up, he's just gonna be cranky and kill the vibe."

"You know what, you can shut your mouth, Angelica," Brent furrowed his eyebrows at her.

"See what I mean? So god damn moody!" Angelica yelled looking at Payton.

"I swear to god-" He glared at her.

"What....what do you swear to god?" Tessa smirked at him, and he immediately turned his attention to her.

Tessa is such an attention whore, it's funny.

"I'm done," He stormed off into the basement.

"He really is a whole different person when he's tired," I laughed while taking a bite of my pizza.

"Definitely," Lily laughed.

Payton said,"Who knew happy Brent could turn into," He paused, "HE'S THE NEW SASSYPANTS!" He yelled coming to this new realization.
The room erupted in laughter.

"SHUT UP!" Brent yelled from downstairs.

"JUST GO TO SLEEP CRANKY ASS!" I yelled back.

We ate our pizza and told Payton funny stories about our friend group for a while when I finally checked the time.

"Damn guys, it's already 1:23" I said looking at my phone.

"Wanna go bother Brent?" Cole asked.

"Is that even a question?!?!?" Tessa asked, already charging down the stairs.

We all began sprinting after her when Payton threw me over his shoulder AGAIN.

"THIS IS THE THIRD TIME TODAY PAYTON WHAT THE HELL!" I yelled as my head continually hit his back as he ran.

"You're too slow on your own," He laughed.

"If anyone's slow it's lily with her spaghetti legs," I muttered.

"Ashley, I swear to god I will kick you with my spaghetti legs," She glared at me as she ran behind us, "Also, I got a late start..." She muttered.

"OH SUREEEEE," I yelled looking up at her.

I started punching Payton's back, "Let me downnnnnn," I whined.

He ignored me and ran down the stairs. When we got down the stairs he threw me on the couch. I looked around for brent. He was on one of the mattresses in the corner.
