I slowly rubbed my eyes and turned over to my bedside table to check my phone.
Ugh I'm so tired. what time is it?
I reached for my phone but couldn't feel it in its usual spot on the table. I opened my eyes to actually look instead of being lazy when I saw I was still on the phone with Ash. She was still fast asleep with her face stuffed into her pillow.
Aw I can't see her.
I picked up the phone and looked at the time: 7:15
My alarm was supposed to go off in 15 minutes and I was absolutely exhausted from staying up so late, but I'm really glad I did. Talking to her last night was amazing. I went on pause to turn off the alarm on my phone since I was already up, and there was no point in going back to sleep.
Trust me, I wanted to go back to sleep...so bad...but I knew if I went to sleep then I would want to sleep even longer, and I would just end up even more tired.
As I was turning off the alarm, I heard a sleepy, "Hi" from my phone.
I quickly went back on the call and responded, "Hey miss sassypants," as a smirk appeared on my face. I think I was beginning to really like talking to this girl. She was just super fun to be around, and the way she reacted me teasing her was just so funny.
"Oh so we're still goin' strong with the nickname I see?" She giggled.
"Of course," I responded, "I'm gonna actually get ready now though, so I'll see you later today." I added.
"Awww," She whined, "Alright."
"Bye bye," I laughed.
"Bye Payt," She replied making a pouty face.
I pouted back and ended the call.
God she was cute- wait what...no don't think like that Payton, it's actually weird you met her yesterday ya fuckin simp.
I walked into the bathroom connected to my room and my sister's room. We shared a bathroom that was connected to our separate rooms and the hallway. I walked on the cold tile floor over to the shower and turned it on. I then picked up my phone and turned on my playlist.
I took a short shower, and brushed my teeth then went back into my room. I walked to my closet and got dressed.

I woke up to see I was still on Facetime with Payt, but he was on pause.
Awww he didn't leave, and if he's on pause he must be awake
I smiled, "Hi"
He came back onto the call and smirked, "Hey miss sassypants."
I rolled my eyes playfully, "Still goin' strong with the nickname I see?" I laughed.
