What do you expect at this point?

Ashley's POV

My alarm started buzzing and I slowly turned it off and sat up.

It was now Monday. Tessa went home yesterday and Angelica went back to her room to sleep. I decided after our day out that I wasn't going to let this affect me like it has the past couple days anymore. It was taking too much effort out of me to worry about it.

It already happened. It's over, so why should it even bother me anymore?

I stood up from the bed and went to the bathroom. I put my hair up in a messy bun so that my hair wouldn't get wet and I rinsed off in the shower. After about five minutes I stepped out and wrapped myself in a towel.

I walked over to the counter to find my phone ringing. It was Payton.

Huh? Why is he calling?

I picked up the phone.

"Yeah?" I answered, holding it to my ear as I walked back to my room.

"Lily wanted me to let you know that she's picking us both up in 15 minutes. She told me to just wait at your house so she can just go to one place. I wanted to let you know..." He trailed off.

"Okay sounds good," I said in a happy voice. I wasn't going to let this affect me. It's over now. There's no reason to act like something's still wrong.

"I'll be there in ten," He said, less tense than before. I think his guard went down when he noticed I wasn't going to be mad at him anymore.

"Okay see ya, bye," I laughed.

"Peaceeee," He laughed back and I hung up the phone.

I threw my phone on my bed. It ended up bouncing off and onto the floor, so I ran over to make sure it wasn't cracked.

"Thank god. I would've been murdered," I let out a sigh of relief.

I set the phone down gently on my bed this time and walked over to my closet and picked out an outfit and layed out the clothes on my bed.
