After finishing my second class, I let out a sigh of relief. It was hard for me to concentrate all through class as I was thinking and worrying about Y/N. That was the first time that I saw her tear up. I really hope that she's ok. It would be right about now that she would be leaving the school. Hopefully whatever it was that was making her so sad will be solved and tomorrow she'll be back here smiling like she usually does.
As I packed up my things, the students left the classroom. I followed after them and locked the door before making my way over to the teacher's office. I opened the door and walked in. I walked over to the couch where my hyungs were and plopped myself down beside them.
"So I guess your field trip isn't happening then," Hoseok stated as he nudged me.
"Oh, it is. It's just not happening today," I replied with a shrug as I took my lunch out. It was silent for a moment before I finally spoke out my thoughts. "I'm worried about Y/N." The others looked at me in confusion.
"Why? Did something happen in class today?" Yoongi asked curiously. I was unsure of whether or not I should tell them what happened in class today, but since I brought it up then they probably will want me to tell them the details.
"She was spacing out a lot in class today and when I asked her what was wrong she teared up. She looked really upset for some reason, but when I tried to get her to tell me she brushed it off and left in a hurry," I explained briefly. They were all silent for a moment before they glanced at each other in concern.
"Hm, maybe something's going on at home that she doesn't feel she can express here," Namjoon mentioned with a suggestive shrug. He could be right, but it did still bother me to see her so upset like that.
"That didn't make you feel better, did it?" Jimin asked as he placed his hand on my shoulder. I was quiet to his question, which only answered his question. How'd he know that? He only smiled at me warmly. "Men are always weak to a women's tears, no matter how young or old they are, especially if the women are beautiful and cute like Y/N." All of us glared at him. "What? It's true, but don't worry. I'm sure she's fine and she'll be back to her normal, sweet self by tomorrow."
"Yeah, Jimin's right. Don't have this ruin your day. Y/N seems like a strong and capable girl, so I'm sure she'll be fine," Yoongi said with a reassuring smile. I smiled back at that in response and nodded. "Anyways, try to forget for the rest of the day what happened this morning and then tonight we'll all go out for some dinner and drinks. My treat."
"Really?" Everyone asked in shock. Yoongi hardly ever treats. It's usually either Namjoon or Seokjin who treat us. Yoongi nodded in response.
"Well, if that's the case then I'm going to buy lots of food," Seokjin announced with a content smile on his face.
"You always buy lots of food even if it's you who's paying," Jimin stated with a knowing look. The rest of stifled laughs knowing that what Jimin said was true.
"Hey, well at least this time it isn't me paying, so it doesn't matter to me how much money is spent on the food tonight," Seokjin responded with a small scoff as he took his lunch out and started eating.
"But anyways, it'll be nice to go out tonight. We haven't in a while," Hoseok commented with a bright smile, "I think that with all the stress and the events that have happened over the past days it will be good for us to let lose." I nodded agreement to that. I definitely felt like I could use a night to let lose.
"I agree, but until then we'll just have to get through the day, even though most of the time I want to bite the students' heads off," Yoongi muttered with an exasperated sigh. All of our eyes widened at his statement.
