I pouted as I sat on my bed. Tahimik pa rin si Vance habang nagpupunas ng buhok dahil kagagaling niya lang sa banyo. I already finished taking a bath and I could tell that I wasn't really under the influence of alcohol.

Nagtama ang tingin namin pero kaagad din siyang nag-iwas ng tingin. I sighed deeply and rested my back on the headboard. He was just wearing a white shirt and gray sweat shorts. Nang natapos sa pagpupunas ay kaagad niyang nilagay ang tuwalya sa rack at humiga sa tabi ko. He was still quiet when he settled himself on the bed and covered his eyes with his forearm.

"Dito ka matutulog?" I asked to start a conversation. Tinanggal niya ang kanyang braso at mabilis na umahon. He propped his elbow on the bed and faced me sideways.

"Why? Do you want me to go home so you could go back to that place?"

Ngumuso ako at ilang beses na napapikit. He shook his head disappointedly and faced his back at me. Ang suplado!

Alam kong galit siya sa akin pero hindi ko maiwasan ang multo ng ngiting kumurba sa labi ko. I stood up and I saw his body tensed. Halos matawa ako dahil doon dahil alam kong pinipigilan lang niya ang sarili niyang humarap. Akala siguro'y aalis ako!

No, Vance, I'm just here. I'm just gonna turn the lights off.

Ang lamp na lang sa gilid ang iniwan kong bukas. I crawled on the bed and positioned myself behind him. Unti-unti kong naamoy ang sarili niya... kagaya lang din ng amoy ko. I almost smirked because of it but I fought the urge to make any expression while I'm trying to get his attention. I slowly wrapped an arm on his waist as I put a kiss on his nape. Halos manigas ang buong katawan niya dahil sa ginawa ko pero mabilis din namang nakabawi.

Apektado ka ba, Vance?

"I'm sorry. Huwag ka nang magalit," I whispered and squeezed my face on the side of his neck. I heard his deep sighs as he tried to pry my arm off around his waist. Halos maiyak ako dahil doon kaya wala sa sarili kong kinagat ang pang-ibabang labi. Natigil nga lang nang humarap ito sa akin at titigan ako sa mga mata.

"You should rest already," he whispered back at me.

I stared back at him but my eyes always fall down on his lips. It's really red and I want to kiss him. I unconsciously licked my lips and leaned against him to reach his lips. Pinaulanan ko ito ng mga mabababaw na halik at halos daganan ko na siya ng buong katawan ko dahil sa pagkakasabik.

"That's enough. You're drunk," he murmured between our kisses.

"What? I'm not!" Halos pahisterya kong sinabi dahil hindi naman talaga. I brushed my teeth and gargled multiple times! I was so sure that there were no traces of alcohol in my mouth anymore.

"Really, huh? Why are you being so wild right now?"

He looked down to see both of our chest kissing. Ang isang binti ko ay nakasampa na sa kanyang tiyan at ang isang kamay ko ay nasa kanyang buhok at ang isa ay nakapahinga sa kanyang dibdib. I don't initiate kisses but tonight, I felt the urge of kissing his red lips because it looked so inviting like it was waiting to be kissed by mine!

Umawang ang bibig ko para sana magsalita pero walang lumabas na boses doon. I just masked my embarrassment with a roll eye and was about to move away from him when he cupped my buttocks and put me on top of him!

"Chickening out?" He said in a mocking tone. Mas lalo akong umirap at pilit na kumawala. His ironclad chest felt so hard against mine. And mga braso naman ay nakapirming nakapulupot sa baywang ko at hindi talaga ako binibigyan ng pagkakataong makawala.
