"It really is a small world," I murmured under my breath. Pinagtaasan naman ako ng kilay ni Vance na nakaupo sa harapan ko sa sahig ng aming sala. "You're a Ravana," I added while still thinking something.

Wait, naalala ko na!

"You have a problem with that?"

I shook my head. "Nope, it's just that your surname's familiar. Are you related with Kean Ravana?"

"Don't tell me you have a crush on him?" He grimaced.

"Of course, not! Wala akong crush, okay?" I said, rolling my eyes at him.

"Mabuti nang nagkakaintindihan tayo."

"Pero related ka nga sa kanya?"

"He's my brother," he said lazily. Kinuha nito ang ballpen sa lamesa at pinaglaruan. He even propped his elbow on the coffee table and rested his chin on his palm.

I was astounded for a couple of minutes before clearing my throat. I examined his face and I could see that they have resemblance only that he's got this boy nextdoor vibe. His soft angled eyebrow, pointed nose and long eyelashes made his face cherubic especially when he's serious. Pero kapag ngumiti na, kita na ang pagkapilyo sa bukas ng kanyang mukha.

"So do you know how to sing, too?" Mabilis itong tumingin sa akin habang nakakunot ang noo.

"You're watching his gigs? I thought you didn't like him?" He arched an eyebrow at me. I rolled my eyes playfully and chuckled after.

"You're overreacting, Vance! Just once, okay?" Nilukot ko ang papel na nasa harapan ko at binato sa kanya. Kapag ba nanood ng gig niya, crush na kaagad?

"I don't sing," he said. "Turn off?"

I chuckled. "Why would I? I don't even like you in the first place, though," I even stuck my tongue out at him.

He clutched on his chest, acting so hurt. "Ouch, you really like throwing harsh words, huh?"

"Nasasaktan ka, why? Are you falling for me now?" I asked seductively. I crawled on his side and moved my face closer to him. "Answer me, Vance. Love mo na ako?"

I saw his face looked so nervous. Ilang beses din itong napalunok na parang hindi na humihinga habang nakatingin sa mga mata ko. I was holding my laughter throughout the minute. Nang hindi na napigilan, sumabog na ako sa tawa habang tinuturo ang kanyang itsura.

"You should've seen the look on your face!" I said while wiping the tears on the side of my eyes. Damn, this guy!

Nakaluhod ako sa gilid habang tumatawa. He cocked his eyebrow at me while giving me a goofy smile. Sumandal siya sa couch na nasa likod at hinila ako palapit sa kanya.

"A-Anong ginagawa mo?" I asked, my laughter already died down.

"You haven't kissed me for six hours," he said using his hoarse voice. Nanlaki ang mga mata ko at nilingon ang pintuan ng kwarto ng kapatid ko.

"I didn't say that I'd do it!" I said, emphasizing every word. He just chuckled, holding the side of my waist and put me on his lap. He shifted my legs made me straddle him. "Vance! Kiel might see us!" I said through gritted teeth.

"He won't," he whispered against my cheek. He caressed it, putting stray hairs behind my ear. "You really like piercings, huh?"

I don't wear earrings that much since when I was a kid but as I grew up, I kinda get addicted to piercings. I got three helix hoops, studs on my inner and outer conch on my right ear, and daith clicker ring and a rook hoop piercing on my left ear.
