I woke up in my bed, and someone's arms were around me. I looked over and blood rushed to my face. I was in Varian's arms.

"RAPUNZEL HELP ME!!"
Somehow, Varian didn't wake up from my screaming. He must not have slept for the past few days.

The brunette rushed into the room after two minutes that seemed like five hours. She leaned against my desk, acting like nothing was wrong.

"What's the problem, Y/n?" She questioned, trying to hold in her laughter. I told her to get him out of my arms, but she refused. Instead, she took one of my canvases and my paint pallet and started painting. Why would she need this?!

"Rapunzel Fitzherbert. Get me out of here." I threatened. She put down her paintbrushes chuckled, as she pulled me out of Varian's surprisingly strong arms. She took the canvas and showed me it. I'm surprised that she could paint so fast. The painting and Varian with a smile on his face with hints of pink at his cheeks. I had mad plastered on my face with red all over. It was good art, but out of everything she could have painted, she painted that?

"Rapunzel? This is the first time you've painted me. Why did it have to be...that?" I question, making a face of displeasure. She just laughed and climbed the ladder to my bookshelf.

"Hey Rapunzel? Could I ask you something?" I questioned. She nodded her head, sitting on the empty space of my bookshelf.

"Do I overreact? And do I get in your nerves?" I twiddle my thumbs. Rapunzel sighed and placed her hands in her lap.

"You do tend to overreact sometimes. Like the dinner a couple months ago. You seemed pretty awkward and upset for about a week. Though even if I think it's a small problem, I still try to help you out. My goal is to have everyone in this kingdom satisfied." The brunette explained. "And no, not as much. You do get on my nerves sometimes when you correct me." Rapunzel laughed. I smiled. I do overreact. Especially about the dream I had the other night. Rapunzel was still holding the painting. Her eyes lit up as she got back on the ladder and put them painting of me and Varian in the empty spot she was sitting in.

"Ok, now you're just being mean." I say, while rolling my eyes in embarrassment.

Rapunzel dropped down from her ladder and slapped her hands together and walked out, as if she didn't just do that. I walked over to my bed and sleepy Varian. His facial features were all softened and his hair was all over the place. I had to do something I had to do. I leaned in close to his face.

I slapped him awake with no hesitation. That probably was a bad idea...

"Ow! What was that for?!" Varian's voice cracked, while he held his hand to his face. "Wait a minute...why am I in your room?" Varian rubbed his eyes and grabbed his goggles from the nightstand.

"We fell asleep on the floor apparently. I'm guessing Eugene carried us to bed." I gulped, glancing at the painting hoping he wouldn't notice.

Varian's cheeks reddened. "W-Wait what? Nope, nope, I'm out of here. That is awkward." He yelled in embarrassment. He closed the door behind him, speed walking down the hallway.

                                                                        ~Varian's POV~

I speed walked down the hallway, my cheeks having hints of red. Why in the living hell would Eugene put us in the same bed?! He could've taken me to my lab, it wasn't that far away! Oh right, I forgot that he knew I liked Dandelion. I face-palmed my face in disappointment. Does he really have to play Cupid right now? I bump into someone. Three books fell over on the floor. They had a purple dress with brown hair.
