Chapter 9

"S-so you're going t-to...kill me?" Y/N asked, terrified. Grimm paused. "Well, I wouldn't put it that way...........more like...freeing you from your misery~" Y/N thought about that. "I mean, my life isn't the best, but...I wouldn't want to die alone! No. I won't die....." Being confident, Y/N said, "No. I don't want to die, Grimm. Let me go." Grimm stood up, not leaving his gaze from Y/N's. "Haha~ I knew you'd come to your senses....but I'm a......villain...I'm a 'bad guy'." He cleared his throat. "Oh! And for safe keeping~" He swiftly tied Y/N to a chair. "Hm. The look on your face makes me happy......who am I kidding! I'll hold you hostage! You'll die eventually..." Grimm said as he walked backwards. " Good day to you, Y/N~" And like that, he was gone.

           Y/N was tired. She was strapped to a chair in the darkness for god knows how long! Her body was still very weak but her mental state was fine. "Think, Y/N think!" After about twenty stressful minutes, Y/N dozed off, not noticing the figure creeping by nearby. 'Boom!' There was a distant clatter and footsteps ran towards Y/N. She was just woken up, therefore her mind was fuzzy. "Y/N! Thank god you're alright!" A male voice said. "Hmmmmm?..." Was all Y/N could muster. "Shhhh! I don't know how long he'll be out............here. Let me." He untied Y/N and picked her up. "Oh. That fool used laughing gas..." (laughing gas is a medicine that makes people sleep just so ya know) Y/N was incredibly confused. But she could still understand that the figure holding her was Grimm. Troupe Master Grimm. And she trusted him! Plus, that medicine was getting the best of her, so she blacked out.

"Wait-she's sleeping? Awwww! Cute-wait. What am I thinking?" Grimm thought. He was blushing like crazy and he knew it. After all, anyone would blush if someone slept on them! Grimm made sure that NKG was knocked out cold when he past him by, which he was. Also, Grimm knew that NKG would be raged when he found out what had happened. "Which gives me another reason to keep Y/N safe...ha. I don't mind." He smiled down at her. "After all, Nightmare King could get to her in the human world. Or in her dreams. Oh no. She's in danger!" Then, his attention snapped to Y/N's bracelet. Specifically the charm. "What?! How does she have that??!! She clearly doesn't know what it is!" He gently set her down, slipping off the bracelet. Grimm sighed. "I'll explain it to you later. Okay? Now, you're safe with me, Y/N." He whispered. Then, he picked her back up and teleported them out of there and back to safety.
