Chapter 25

Normally, Grimm would come back after about and hour or two. But now, it was legit nighttime and he wasn't back. Y/N groaned. "Might as well go check what he's doing." She thought. Y/N got up and speed-walked over to Grimm's room. When she opened it, she saw him sleeping in the floor, books and papers scattered around him. "Oh my god. Awwwwwww!! So cute!" She thought, smiling. Y/N walked over and picked up one of the books. "Hm. 'Magic for dummies' Heh. Oh. OH! He was trying to find a way to get me home..." She giggled. "True love..." Y/N put all of the books away and covered Grimm in his blanket. He was too heavy to pick up and pit on his bed. She figured that out the hard way. "Sweet dreams, Grimm..." She whispered. Then, Y/N closed the door and went to sleep in her room.

"Y/N! Y/N!!" Were the first words that she heard once she woke. And it was coming from Grimm. "Nnghh. What." She asked. He smiled. "Wake up, sleepy head." He said. Y/N got up. "Whattt." She sighed. Grimm blushed and held both of Y/N's hands with his own. "D-do you want to go on a date with me?...I'm free today. A-and we haven't had one yet so-" He stammered. "I would love to! And you're rambling." She replied. Grimm laughed and nodded. "So~what time?" He asked, trying to be causal. Y/N giggled. "Six?" She asked. "Six." Grimm conformed.

                It was 5:50 pm. So, Y/N decided to get ready! Well, with the provided wardrobe, her options were limited. So, she ended up picking a red dress with a black trim. Of course, there was no makeup...though Y/N didn't really care. Normally, she wore her hair in a ponytail. Or really anything using a hair tie. But today, she couldn't find any! "Where did Grimm put those ties?!" She thought. Then, Y/N heard a chuckle from behind her. Not directly behind, but ya know. She whirled around to find Grimm. "I knew that you would tie your hair, but honestly, you look beautiful with your hair down." He smoothly said. Y/N lightly blushed and smiled. "Oh! In that case, let's go." She said, still smiling. Grimm smiled and snapped his fingers, teleporting them to a large room. The room had a table for two and food was already served. Y/N gasped when she saw this. Grimm chuckled and grabbed Y/N's hand, leading her to the table.

Y/N looked at the dish in front of her. Again, it was (favorite food). "Yes! How'd you know?!" She exclaimed. Grimm twirled his finger in the air. "A magician never reveals his secrets~" He purred. Y/N blushed a bit because of the tone of his voice. "Hm." Was all she could reply. Grimm smiled. "Eat up!" He said. With that, they both ate their food.

After they finished, Grimm stood up in front of Y/N and held out his hand. "Would you...like to dance?" He asked. Y/N nodded and took his hand. "I would love to!" She said. Grimm snapped his fingers and slow music began to play. "Honestly, I've never danced before..." Y/N quietly admitted. Grimm nodded understandingly. "Very well. Just follow my lead~" With that, they were dancing in sync. Slowly moving in circles, legs moving in pace, love in da air...it wasn't long before their lips collided into a kiss. A smol, meaningful kiss,
