Chapter 20

Y/N was a bit scared by the tone of his voice. "Um, what is it?" She asked. He leaned in oddly close to her. The smell of alcohol reflected off of him. "Oh...Grimm, you're drunk. Get some sleep..." He didn't respond. Instead, he put his hands on Y/N's waist. "No~" Now, he was just being weird. "Grimm. I said, get some sleep." Y/N repeated. Grimm pulled her closer. "No." He said. Now, he was making little circles on her waist with his finger. "Grimm stop. Y-you're making me uncomfortable." She said, backing up a bit. Grimm ignored Y/N and pushed her onto the bed forcefully. "Ack! Grimm stop!" She yelled, trying to get out of his grasp, but failed. "Stay." He commanded. Y/N gave up for a bit, constantly worrying about his next move. But to her surprise, he didn't do anything besides laying down on his bed with her.

        Eventually, Y/N couldn't take it. Grimm needed rest. She began squirming and softly kicking Grimm and saying, "Let. Me. Go. Please!" Grimm's response was to just lock her in his grasp. "Ugh! I swear to god-" But she was cut off by an angry Grimm yelling, "No! You stay here! Otherwise, I'll kill you." And he was serious. He placed his claws on her neck and threatened to slash if she dare move. Tears tickled Y/N's eyes. "He-he wouldn't...would he?" She thought. Grimm just stayed in that position. Y/N attempted to yell, but was instead met with a pain in her neck. "I said: Don't move!" Grimm growled while slightly pressing her throat. "Ack! How much did you drink?!" She was met with no response. Just light snores. "Oh my lord. He's asleep..." Y/N slowly got out of his grasp, quickly walking out oof his room.

"So, Divine. You said that you saw Grimm drinking..." Y/N said. Divine laughed oddly before saying, "Oh dearie. He drank more than I've ever seen him drink! Must have been pretty upset. You didn't do anything, right?" Y/N pressed her lips into a straight line. "No...at least I don't think..." That was a lie. Divine hummed. "Tea?" She asked. "Oh! Thank you." Y/N said. Soon, Divine returned with two cups. "Here you go. It's Grimm's favorite! Ginger tea." She said. "Ginger?" Y/N thought, taking a sip. (Personally, I've never had tea...just guessing how it tastes like :/) It tasted bitter at first, but then, sweetness would take over the flavor. "Hm! Nice. Thanks Divine!" Y/N said. Divine giggled. "Thank you. Shall I go check on Grimm?" She asked. "No! He is really drunk. Ya might get hurt...he won't hesitate." Y/N muttered. "Oh? Well in that case, I'll tell Brumm not to visit. See you!" Divine said. And with that, she was gone.

It was a couple hours, and Y/N was bored. "I'll go to Grimm's room! Just take a peep and see what he's doing. Yes-just a little peak. Nothing much!" Y/N thought as she stepped out of her room. When she got to Grimm's room, she put her ear over the door. She didn't hear anything. "Hm. I'll open it a bit..." Y/N opened the door a smidge and peeked in. Grimm was sitting on his bed, muttering something. He wasn't okay. "G-Grimm?" Y/N asked, stepping in. He immediately snapped his attention to her. Grimm ran-and I mean ran over to her and hugged her tightly. "Woah-Grimm? Are-are you okay?" Y/N asked, returning the hug. Grimm looked at her somberly. "I'm sorry."
