Chapter 21

"God, Grimm. You really need to stop saying 'sorry'." Y/N said. Grimm sighed and pulled away from their hug. "Well, what else am I supposed to say?! I was drunk and I remember everything I did..." He said. Y/N nodded. "I mean, you technically weren't in control of yourself. And why did you drink so much!?" She asked. Grimm looked down, guiltily. "I-I really felt bad...normally when feel really upset, I go and drink a little. But I accidentally drank way, way more than intended." He said while glancing at Y/N's arm. "Oh. Grimm, when will you get that what happened with the Nightmare King isn't your fault?!" Y/N said. Grimm looked away and shrugged. "I dunno." Was his simple answer. Y/N giggled and pulled Grimm into her bed and laid down beside him. "Woah-what was that?" Grimm asked. "Well, it's what you did to me...so ha." She said. This time, Grimm took it as a joke and laughed. "Heh. You're right. They both snuggled up and dozed off in each other's embrace.

             Once they both woke up, they stayed in that position for at least ten minutes before Grimm said softly, "Ya know, we should do this more often." Y/N's response was, "Hehe yes." Then silence. "Hey, when's the last time Ghost came?" Y/N asked. "I'm not sure...must be taking a break or something. Gotta admit, the task I gave him is pretty rough. There is technically no time limit." He answered. Y/N nodded. "If the task was something I should know, Grimm would've told me. I guess it's really private. Anyway, I like chilling with him." She thought.

*Meanwhile with Ghost*

         "Ack! Oh god where am I. Grimmchild just burnt my map. You know what? I give up. Touch luck, Grimm! Pay your stupid child support!" Ghost thought.

*Sorry I had to*

         
             Y/N and Grimm had finally got up, missing each other's warmth. "Okay. I've got some paperwork to finish." Grimm looked at Y/N. "Can you manage?" He asked. Y/N nodded. "Yup. You've got nothing to worry about." She said. Grimm smiled and kissed her cheek. "Alright~see you!" He said before walking out. Y/N giggled. "Smooth, Grimm. Smooooooooth." She thought, smiling.

About an hour later, Y/N was bored. Again. Dang. "Let's go for a walk. Yes! Let's go talk to Elderbug!!" She thought. Y/N walked out of the tent. As she walked to Dirthmouth, her brain registered what was happening. "God. I'm in a relationship. Hehe...." She breathed. Once she got to Dirthmouth, she saw Elderbug. "Elderbug, hi! It's me, Y/N." She said, walking towards him. Elderbug looked at her and smiled. "Ah! Glad to see that you're safe. So, how are they treating you? Are-are they a threat?" He asked. Y/N laughed and replied, "No, no. They are treating me well! And they are anything but a threat. And is the music still bothering you?" Elderbug seemed a bit relieved hearing those words. "No, no. Since you've gone, everything's been quiet around here." He said. Y/N nodded. Elderbug then looked up. "Well, it's getting late. Are you still staying with them?" He asked. "Yup!" She replied. "Well then, you should get going..." He said. Y/N smiled. "Mhmm! It was nice talking to you! See you!" She said. Elderbug nodded. "Goodbye! Stay safe!" With that, Y/N yawned and made her way back to her room in the tent.
