The next three weeks i felt lighter and felt better, not completely but i was getting there but something in me made me realize that i was yet to do something, like something was missing which is why i was standing in front of Apollo's apartment door.I had met Kyle after class and asked for their address in which he gave me with no questioning. Placing my hands on the door i knocked thrice but didn't hear anything, already concluding that he wasn't here i made my way to leave but before i could the door swung opened and there stood apollo who had a stoic expression on his face.guess i deserve that. but before he could talk i cut him off "I'm sorry for avoiding you for over a month, i have no excuses but i want you to know that i'm genuinely sorry.i really am"I said muttering the last part, i had my face down on the floor before i felt a hand take my chin pulling it up i met Apollo's soft gaze and an emotion i had been used too but before i could comprehend anything next he crashed his lips to mine ,to say i was shocked will be an understatement but for the first time ever since carter i kissed him back,i guess he was shocked that i kissed him back and did not push him away with the way he stiffened before relaxing but i knew that the next step to my healing process is starting over and i know that the spark i was feeling in me agreed with me ,pulling away he put his forehead on mine "I missed you"he said kissing my forehead before directing his gaze to mine. I took a deep breath i had prepared myself on what to say on my way here i then moved back creating distance between us i saw the look of hurt flash in his eyes but before he could apologize for no reason i spoke up"I can't promise you the best relationship, can't promise you cupcakes and rainbows but i can promise you my best-.i paused eyes still on his.-"I like you and i can't guarantee you an 'i love you' but if you are willing to wait and be patient then i'm willing to give this a try" Remembering when he confessed his feelings for me. He was quiet, his eyes were on me, guess you could say he was checking if i was bluffing or serious seeing that there was no trace of it being a joke he broke out into a huge grin before closing the distance between us and smashing his lips to mine before breaking it a little to mumble "I love you".

I made my way to campus, parking my car i opened my door then looked at the building i graduated from. It had been five years since i graduated, started dating apollo and moved on, making my way into the building i passed some college students making my way through the hallway and to drama class, opening the door slightly i peeked inside catching Mr Grey's attention he looked at me expectantly before recognition flashed through his eyes and he smiled brightly which caught the attention of his students, turning back to his students he rounded up before dismissing them, i walked inside making my way to Mr Grey i was pulled into a hug. God it had been so long. Disentangling myself from him i looked at him seeing how he had aged all this years then my eyes landed on the ring on his left hand and i couldn't help but grin happily for him "How's the missus? "I asked teasingly.
Rolling his eyes i saw the glint in his eyes when he answered which made my heart warm"shes great.Hows apollo?" I smiled at the mention of his name
"he's fine, he said he's sorry he couldn't come with me. Last minute appointment" Mr grey waved me off saying it was fine,we talked for hours catching up with everything about ourselves i realised that he already had two children and he was expecting another. When i looked at the time i realised i needed to be home soon, we got up from our position on the floor then made our way out of the campus hugging him and saying my goodbye i turned to walk away but before i could Mr grey stopped me "A!" I turned around to face him, he then put his hands in his bag then brought out an envelope. Looking at him curiously "what's this?" I asked taking it from his hands,he smiled softly "Memories" before i could ask any more question he hugged me again ruffling my hair "See you around kiddo"he said before retreating to his car
I looked down at the envelope before making my way to my car getting in i put the key in the ignition but before i made my way out of the campus i took the envelope, opening it i pulled out a disk glued on top of it was a note

Removing the paper i popped the disk in then pressed play, the first thing i heard was an instrument playing then the lyrics came i felt my heart beat when i realised what song was playing it was me and Carter's song (remember me) we had told Mr grey that we wanted to use the song for a play and he had accepted.I couldn't help but laugh but mostly i was smiling remminiscing on everything, the feeling of ache was still there but it was better than it was five years ago and it was all because of a special green eyed boy. After i had said yes all those years ago i started second guessing but apollo didn't let go he kept pushing and encouraging me, he was patient, understanding....he was always right there by myside, everything i have become was because of him,i was happier and that made all my friends especially Ethan happy cause they knew apollo was doing a great job making me move on. We made it this far-i made it this far and it was all because of him and i couldn't be any more happier and grateful.
So as i kept listening to the music i realised that my life turned out okay ,great if you ask me.Through tears, pain i found hope, laughter, joy, love and it was all because i finally got the CLOSURE i never wanted..
