A jiley love story.

Chapter 45- truth's out.

James's POV: 

Silence filled the air, riley didnt know what was going on. She kept speaking to me, i didn't know what to say to her or why i even spoke up. I should have just left the situation.  I needed to tell her now, there was no backing out. 

"Jay, just tell me whats up?" riley said softly, almost whispering.

"you need to tell me now you brought it up, jay." riles spoke.

"don't even worry about it riles." i say softly.

"nope you're telling me now jay." she speaks up firmly but still in a loving tone.

"fine." i finally say 

Riley moves a little closer to me, but i move a little further apart i didn't want to scare her with what i was about to say. 

"Uh...s-s-so you know how Jassy doesnt really talk to me?" i say barely been about to finish my sentence.

"yeah??" riley says, almost confused.

"Well maybe a little bit over 2 years ago, i was dating Jassy's bestfriend Annie's sister Ashlyn, and we were all hanging out at Ashlyn and Annie's house, Ashlyn and i where upstairs talking when her phone kept going off and i eventually found out she was cheating on me so i obviously broke up with her then and there and Ashlyn got really upset and started going off and the girls heard from downstairs, they came running up and she blamed me for breaking her heart and then mum came to pick us up, Jaqulin my oldest sister who's 2 years older then me was really good friends with ashlyn too, in the car jassy kept going off at me and screaming at me then Jaqulin told us to stop because it was storming and it was dangerous, when mum told us to stop she turned around and the car collided with... a..truck." i spoke slowly riley not interrupting me once.

"Im so  sorry, Jay." she spoke soflty moving closer to me.

"We went to the hospital, Jaqulin died, Jassy still suffers from talking about it and she suffers the most, i am totally fine, unfortunetly. " i say quietly

Riley takes my hand and squeezes it tighter then she ever has before.

"Im so sorry, jay." she says once again, probably speechless at what i just said.

"it's okay beautiful." i say giving her a kiss on the forehead.

"Jassy blames you, doesnt she?" riley speaks softly.

"Yeah. thats why we always fight, and partially the reason why she went to the Art's school hours away." i said almost disgusted at what i had caused. 

Riley's pov:

I sit beside James and wrap my arms around him and cuddle into him lovingly. i didnt know what to say or how to comfort him so i just cuddled him and made sure he knew i was always there for him and i would never leave him. 

"Jay?" i said softly

"Yeah?" he said

"Im always here for you okay, im not going anywhere." i say softly 

"thanks beautiful, i know and im always here for you to? im not going anywhere." he says lovingly 

He gives me a gentle kiss as we sit in silence for awhile.
