A jiley love story.

Part 13- the bus ride home.

Riley's POV;

I wake up from my sleep on the bus with my head on James shoulder and him resting is head on mine, I try not be be noisy or move. He looks so peaceful when he sleeps, and he still looks a little bit cute. ;)

James's POV;

I wake up noticing my beautiful girl has woken up, I kind of feel bad for falling asleep now haha.

"hello princess." I say softly

"hey jay." Riley replys sweetly

"how was your sleep beautiful?" I ask nicely

"for sleeping on a bus it wasn't too bad, how was yours?" riles replies.

"that's because I'm here beside you" I joke.

"that's exactly why you loser." she replys back.

I then give her a kiss on the cheek and grab her hand.

Riley's POV;

I look away from James hoping he doesn't know I'm blushing, although he's starting to notice a lot more now. Miss Kate then calls out "TIME TO STOP FOR LUNCH EVERYONE!" I wish I had stayed asleep I wasn't hungry, everyone in a troupe started cheering and west was like "yo it's lunch time!!" like the crazy kid that he is, I felt James undo his hand from mine as he got up and standing in front of me holding out his hand waiting for me to take it so we could get off the bus, everyone was already off at this point in time, it was just James and I on the bus. I got up, stood on my tippy toes and gave him a hug just to let him know I was okay. He then kisses me, I kiss him back until I hear Eldon and Michelle standing at the doorway of the bus telling us to hurry up, we pull apart from the kiss and I grab James hand squeezing it tight as I rest my head on his shoulder as we walk. We go up to Chloe and West and Giselle who are all together talking inside the travel stop which is packed with food outlets, when Emily comes up and asks to speak to me. Yet. Again. I go walk away from her and then we take a seat on some chairs far away from everyone else who's getting different foods from the stores.

"James is on to you." she says

"onto me how?" I ask acting like I'm not sure what she's talking about it.

"you know how, are you going to tell him?" her face says it all really.

"I don't know when I'm ready." I half smile knowing that's the truth.

"okay. I love you little sis." em says sweetly

"I love you too." I reply

We hug and then we make our way over to Michelle, Eldon, Chloe and Giselle. Emily then says she's gonna go see Steph and walks off pretty fast.

James POV;

I'm just talking to the girls and my boy eldon but I keep finding myself looking over at Riley who's talking to Em, I don't know what's going on, but I trust my girl. She then makes her way over to me giving me a kiss on the cheek, taking my hand locking it with hers.

"everything's good beautiful?" I ask sweetly

"everything's great jay." she replys instantly

"good, so what should we eat?" I ask

"I'm not really that hungry, but a ham and cheese sandwich would be nice." riles says

"okay beautiful, shall we go get it?" I reply

"yeah!" riles says

"are you sure you don't want some chicken riles?" I joke knowing her fear of chickens.

"it's still not funny." she scuffs back.

"whatever" I say rolling my eyes before giving her a peck on the lips.

We walk away from everyone and go to the line and order, I then give riles her sandwich as eldon tells me to come with him to McDonalds I laugh knowing his probably still hungry, I tell riles I'll be back as Chloe comes over to sit with her. I have yet to order my food so I'll just get maccas, I walk over with eldon to maccas and order my food as he orders his, I get Riley a sundae with mnm's ontop, and wait for my order.

Riley's POV;

As we hop back onto the bus James gives me one of his earphones, I lean in closer to him as James lets me choose the movie, like he usually does because he's super sweet, I pick the fault in our stars looking down every so often to wipe away my tears, James looks over and sees me and cuddles into me closer, as if we're the only two people on this bus. James surprisingly looks somewhat sad, it's super cute.

James POV;

We are watching tfios, I'm trying to hide that it's sad but Riley notices, and she whispers into my ear "you're so cute jay." me giving her a kiss on the cheek, we then listen to Brighter Brightest as "our song" comes on, Riley singing at the top of her lungs, me joining her then a troupe joins too.

Once we arrive back at Studio A, Emily offers to give me Chloe Stephanie and of course Riley a lift home, I accept happily, and we drive to Chloe's house, then Steph's then mine. Once we pull up I say thank you to Emily and say goodbye, Riley hops out of the car and puts my hat which she was wearing back onto my head, as I give her a kiss and say congratulations to her once again for winning regionals, she gives me a tight hug and kisses me on the cheek. I blow her a kiss as her and Emily drive off. Shutting the door behind me.

Riley's POV;

We've just gotten home from Regionals, and the house is quiet as mum and dad aren't home, I just lay there and relax. 8 weeks off, Christmas, an amazing relationship and an amazing team, bring on nationals I thought to myself.
