it seemed normal for haruto to hear, chuckling as a reply to jeongwoo's confession.

he's messing with me was the thought that came to his mind. not into oblivion, he could say, but more of a friendly tease.

jeongwoo on the other hand, was in enormous disbelief, heaving a scoff after hearing his half-hearted reply.

maybe because it wasn't obvious enough for him to appreciate, or he was just completely blinded and in denial to put such thought into his statement.

shrugging the thought that caused him to allot most of his time into thinking, he decided to start watching the movie he's been wanting to watch.

proceeding towards the mediocre looking sofa of his apartment, haruto lied down to the mocha-colored couch as jeongwoo went in front to settle down so they could watch the movie with no interruption.

but as his hands traveled to some of the wires that connect to some of the appliances, his mind seems to wonder somewhere else, a rather recent situation he got involved a while ago.

"i wanted to smack your head for being so overly stupid sometimes, haruto." he murmured, his face in a frowning expression as he glanced at the male who didn't seem to notice his blunt feedback, fortunately.

to his dismay, jeongwoo finished setting down the movie and then heading back to sit beside the male who's focus is now in the television that's flashing the starting credits of the movie.

"what is it about? you didn't tell me," haruto asked with a straight emotion plastered on his face.

he has been wanting to ask the question since the start of their hangout but never had the chance to question him about it. he wasn't able to bring the hype of watching when he didn't actually know what they would watch.

"i don't know either, lets just watch," was jeongwoo's answer, his gaze also fixed forward. the male was in confusion.

that wasn't the answer he's looking for, just before realizing that the way he started his query was wrong. he was supposed to ask what is the 'title', not what it is about.

laughing at his own stupidity, haruto rephrased the question and asked jeongwoo for the second time.

his philosopy never cease to make him crack up, especially what just happened now. "i mean, what is the title!"

"oh, you mean the title? its five feet apart. someone told me that it's fun," haruto furrowed his brows after hearing the last sentence.

it didn't seem to be like that, being able to hear the familiar title yet unable to pick up the exact sypnosis. by the thought of it, he averted his gaze towards the television once again, presenting the characters in a hospital. rather peculiar, fun?

setting jeongwoo's speculation, they focused all their attention towards the movie. no one dared to chit chat and talk about several scenarios, their mouths shut and their eyes focused only to a single spot.

jeongwoo seems to be the type of person who is talkative when seeing stuffs as this and discuss to make everything clear, the thought passed through haruto's mind out of nowhere.

then tilting his head to the side to take a glance, he stared at jeongwoo for a good three seconds, before proceeding to watch the movie just like how the other is doing.

its rather confusing on how the juvenile just enters his thought out of nowhere, and its out of the ordinary.

reaching the climax of the movie, the word 'fun' that jeongwoo uttered just a while ago completely dissipated. the thought slowly dispelling from the insides of their minds as they carried on to watch the movie.

jeongwoo did not expect this, however, believing the feedback of his friend and then watching it with someone out of his league.

with a sob that seemed to be impossible to supress, jeongwoo's tears continued to flow down his cheeks.

several sniffs were exchanged, and haruto couldn't help but stare at the male who's helpless at wiping his own tears.

for sure, the movie was tragic enough that jeongwoo wasn't able to stop the sorrowful emotion he felt while watching the movie with him.

the male also finds the movie to be saddening, but not to the extent where he had to cry with jeongwoo. if he were alone watching, however, was a different case.

focusing more on the male as the ending credits showed up in the television, he scooted even more closer towards the male.

the latter didn't notice at first, his attention in the goal of stopping his cries and stop embarrassing himself from the person right beside him.

in hesitance and subconsciousness, his hands traveled towards his drenched cheeks without even thinking once, or twice.
