(Though 'coping', I'll admit, I use lightly).

Feel when you must feel
And know it's okay not to be okay.
I have been on a journey too
Discovering myself
And all the cogs and kinks within me.
I've loved people
And lost them too
And these words have been my way
Of making it through.
So on life goes
As it often does
