Chapter 24

"I think we should start thinking names for our daughter." Sabi ni Xavier pero nanatili lang ang tingin ko sa pagkain.

Even though I am delighted with what he said, I know he is just trying to woo me. I don't even know if he is really sincere in stopping his affair because after the other day, we never talked about that topic again.

Xavier stayed with me and I think it's just because of his conscience. He tried to talk to me and act as if he didn't cheated at hindi ko alam kung matutuwa ba ako o lalo lang maiinis sa kanya.

"Actually may naisip na ako." Dagdag pa nya so I unconsciously looked at him which made him smile.

"Do you think Doreen Xia is good? Doreen means beautiful and I am sure, it will fit our daughter." Naka-ngiti nyang sabi but I just looked coldly at him which didn't erased his smile kaya nainis lang ako.

Kung hindi ko lang alam ang kagaguhang ginawa nya ay baka kinikilig na ako ngayon pero hindi. This won't make up for the damage he did.

"I'll make a list, okay? Tapos pumili na lang tayo kapag malapit ka nang manganak." He said in a lively tone but I just continued eating.

"I need to go to Caius' office after." Sabi nya habang liniligpit ang pinag-kainan namin pero hindi ko sya pinansin at pumunta lang sa sala.

"Si Caius talaga ang pupuntahan--"

"Whatever, Xavier." Malamig kong sabi bago sinindi ang TV.

I heard him sigh before we fell in silence. I know that it's Caius who's he gonna meet because I am the one who planned their meeting. Kailangan ko syang lumayo muna sa akin para maka-alis ako.

Hindi ko sya pinansin nang magpaalam sya at makalipas ang ilang minuto ay nag-ayos na ako bago maingat na umalis ng condo.

I contacted my former PSG para may kasama ako papunta sa building ng network ni Gwen. I need to face that bitch because she made a fool out of me.

Nang-hihinayang tuloy ako nang umiyak ako noong dumalaw sya sa condo. I thought she was sincere, yun pala inahas na nya si Xavier habang nagmumukmok ako sa kwarto.

Naabutan ko si Gwen na mine-makeup and when she saw me entered the room, she smirked. The audacity of this mistress is beyond this universe.

I arched a brow at her so she asked her stylist to stop but she didn't let them out so I think gusto nyang ipangalandakan na isa syang plastic na ahas.

"Bigyan nyo sya ng upuan." Naka-ngiti nyang sabi but I shook my head to the woman who offered me a chair.

"Mukhang alam ko na kung anong ipinunta mo dito." Nanunukso nyang sabi kaya pinigilan ko ang sarili kong sampalin sya.

Her face is still innocent yet her attitude says the opposite.

"Hindi ko hihiwalayan ang asawa mo, Daniella." Matigas nyang sabi and I felt the tension rise but I maintained a straight face para makita nyang hindi ako magpapa-apekto sa kanya.

"You're really proud being a mistress?" Taas-kilay kong tanong pero nginisian nya lang ako.

"Kabit na kung kabit pero ako naman talaga ang mahal ni Xavier at hindi sya papayag kung ayaw nya talaga." Mayabang nyang sabi which made me scoffed.

"He agreed because you threatened him." Malamig kong sabi kaya nabura ang ngiti nya. "Desperate girl". Dagdag ko pa and really emphasized the last word which made her brows meet.
