KUYA IAN invited Loey over our house to celebrate because we just received the good news that he passed the board exams, and soon he will be working under the Soriano Group. Tita Em offered Kuya a position on Lolo's company but he disregard it. Ayaw niya daw na mawalay sa amin.

I was preparing my things for the opening of classes next week when Loey entered my room while carrying Ciato like a baby in his arms. I will be an incoming fourth-year college and Loey is in his fifth year in architecture.

"Baby," he kissed me on my cheek before he sat down on my bed. He put Ciato down on the floor at tumakbo naman sa buong kwarto ang aso ko.

Lumapit ako kay Loey at tumabi ng upo. I hugged his waist with both hands and placed my chin above his shoulder. I pouted my lips and his brows furrowed. Inakbayan ako nito at naiiling na umiwas ng tingin.

"What do you want?" he asked like it was a whisper.

"You," I whispered in his ear, kidding around.

Pilit kong pinapaharap ang mukha niya sa akin and when he did, I placed my hand on his chest, tracing my fingers around it.

Sarap talagang asarin ng isang 'to.

"B-baby, nasa bahay niyo tayo. Baka mahuli tayo ng Kuya mo at ipatapon ako." he stuttered.

Mahina akong napatawa dahil sa sinabi niya. Takot parin talaga siya kay Kuya.

"What do you mean?" and with that, I slowly took the stethoscope that he gave me as a gift, behind his back.

The space between his eyebrows creased, and his lips slightly parted.

Ayan, kung ano kasi iniisip.

Isinuot ko ito, I move closer to him. I placed the diaphragm of the stethoscope on his chest where his heart is located.

I was looking at his eyes while listening to his fast heartbeat. I hear it more and more distinctly. A soft pulsing.

Hinawakan nito ang kamay kong nakapatong sa dibdib niya. "Can you hear it?" he said without breaking our eye contact.

I slowly nod my head

"Only you can do that to me."

I blinked twice before turning my gaze away, my heart went wild inside my chest. I'm supposed to make fun of him but look where it went.

I fake a laugh and remove the stethoscope to place it on my bed. I stood up, but before I could take a step, he captured me and laid me on my bed. Only half of my body is on the bed at ang mga paa ko ay nakasayad sa sahig.

Napatili ako, ikinulong ako nito sa pagitan ng mga kamay niya.

"I thought you wanted my kiss earlier?" his eyes narrowed.

"D-did I?" Now, it's my turn to stutter. His face is too close, that I could feel his warm breath.

He lowered his mouth to my ear, his breath hot against my skin. "Yes," he whispered, his voice low, deep, and smooth.

I was speechless. My mind went blank for a moment.

I heard him chuckle, "Got you," he helped me got up to stand.

I held my cheeks with both hands and glared at him, "B-babe, that was not funny!" I pouted. I can feel my cheeks burning.

He removed my hands from my face, and he cupped it with his. His face went closer to kiss me. It was quick.

I bit the insides of my cheeks and pouted again.

"Isa pa," he softly chuckled before he kisses me on my forehead, to my nose, my cheeks, and planted small kisses on my lips.
