Somehow...somehow you ended up here...your ex shit talking about Suga while he smiled through angered glances towards you. 

Even after a messy break-up, you managed to stay close with your ex. No matter how many times you reassured Sugawara that nothing was going on between you, somehow he still managed to get jealous anytime you would talk. Despite his resent towards Ren, your ex, he continued to hide what was bothering him.

Your 5 month anniversary... you didn't think much of it in the days coming up, but realizing that you actually made it this far, you may have gotten over excited and planned a big day for Suga. God he loved it; planning this you didn't know that you knew that much about him, but apparently you did; ending up with this perfect day.

You were walking down a street late at night talking about the movie you just saw,  rambling on about how interesting the plot was while Suga listened. Intently swinging your intertwined hands. Suddenly, your phone lit up, Ren is calling...

"Oh sorry, one second," You said, moving your hand out of Suga's.

"Ren is calling," You picked up the phone and was greeted very warmly by Ren.

"(Y/n)!!! Yay you picked up. You weren't answering your texts so I just called you. How are you? Mmm nevermind I'll listen later. Hey meet at our regular place! I miss you, we haven't hung out in so long!" He exaggerated about how long it had actually been.

"Hmm sure!" You hadn't thought about an end to your date yet, but this would be perfect. "We'll meet you there in a few!"

"We?" Ren replied confused.

"Oh yeah, Suga is with me," You forgot that Ren wasn't too kind with Suga.

"We'll be drinking anyways, so I don't care if you bring him. Alright I'll be there in a few minutes." He hung up.

You turned to Suga, who had been fidgeting with the buttons on his shirt, looking mildly bored. "Hey, wanna end with drinks?"

"Yeah sounds good." He replied smiling at you. You took his hand again as you headed towards the bar.

When you got there you'd already recognized Ren's car in the lot, meaning he already had a table. Nice~ you wouldn't have to go through the anxiety of getting a table. You entered the bar greeted by a jingle of a bell and Ren waving you over. You looked towards Suga forgetting you hadn't told him that Ren would be here. He pursed his lips together as he slowly took a deep breath.

"Is this alright?" You asked him, "Uh... I didn't know he would be here, sorry." You were lying straight through your teeth, hoping that would soothe him.

"I know when you're lying, (Y/N)," he said. "You were just on the phone with him. It's fine. We spent the whole day together," He smiled his warm smile at you again. It reassured you, but you could tell this night was gonna go horribly.

You made our way to the booth Ren was in, and he enthusiastically patted the place next to him, indicating that he wanted you to sit next to him. You looked towards Suga and shrugged as you sat next to Ren.

"(Y/n)! Koushi! Long time no see," Ren grinned. "I already ordered drinks for us, and I might've drunk a few, but order whatever you want!" He ended with a tipsy giggle.
