I cursed under my breath as my car paved the road. I'm currently thinking kung ano ang gagawin ko kay Ivan if he dared to hurt Aya. Ngayon pa lang ay nagdidilim na ang paningin ko.

A memory with her suddenly flashed through me. Oh God, no. Don't take her away from me. Aya, please be safe. Wait for me.

Madiin kong pinihit ang busina ng sasakyan when a van stopped in front. Is this a joke? Sa lahat ng pagkakataon na pwedeng mangyari 'to, bakit ngayon pa?

I did not stop from beeping my car until the owner of it got pissed and stepped outside his car. "Anong problema mo?" he asked.

"Your car. Move it," I replied. He smirked and spit on my windshield. Ah, fuck this!

I unbuckled my seatbelt and went outside. He was about to go back to his car when I held his shoulder and forced him to look at me. His brows were furrowed. In my mind, I have punched him already but since I'm in a hurry and I don't want to cause trouble to delay myself more. I offered him a cheque of half a million.

Bumalik ako sa kotse at muli itong ipinaharurot. My heart is beating so fast. I can sense something is wrong.

I suddenly heard my phone ring. It was her number so I picked it up immediately. "Hey baby, how are you? Are you okay?"

"Baby, I'm good," a person who is trying to mimic a woman's voice answered. I clenched my fist. Fuck! "Bakit hindi kana nagsalita, baby?" he added then laughed.

"Where is she?" I asked sharply as I gritted my teeth. "If... if you tried to hurt her, I will fucking kill you."

"Scary," he mocked, sounding scared at first before he giggled. "Honey, someone's looking for you," he whispered to someone.

"X-xy... ren... don't... come here."

My feet moved on their own as they pressed that car's brake. It was her voice, I know. And... she sounded hurt. "I'm coming, hang in there okay?"

"N-no, please... don't. He's... gonna kill... you," she whispered barely breathing. "Okay, time's up. You heard her, right? She said don't come. We are still on an uh... what do I call this? Ah! Advanced Honeymoon! Ciao!"

He ended it up before I could even talk again. I swear to God, I will fucking kill him.

I reached the destination within four fucking hours. Levi told me that they are already on their way but it will take a lot of time since the traffic jam got worsened. I carefully parked my car somewhere they would not see and took my gun with a silencer.

I can feel the cold wind slammed through my skin, the whispers of the leaves, and the hums of the birds. In the middle of this forest, I sighted a house. The door is wide open as if they are waiting for me. Aya was just baited to lure me here.

Before I could get a hold of the doorknob, I heard a shout that was caused by intense pain. Goddamn it!

"P-please... s-stop!" Ayumi begged.

"If Xyren won't come, I will take your life instead since you told him not to come. Do you hear me, huh?" Ivan articulated. "But I trust him, he will come for sure because he loved you more than anything. Sadly, you don't feel the same way," he added.
