CHAPTER 24: RESILIUS VIKTOR

"Katherine, Drake needs assistance with some bio chemical things so why don't you go to him and I will take them to Olisen?"Ethan said.

"Sure."Katherine agreed, "And Elizabeth give me a heads up whenever you want a tour around the campus, I will show you around."

"Yeah, Definitely." I said and Katherine went out the training sector towards the campus which was attached to the other side of the castle.

"Shall we?" Ethan pointing out and walked frontward. Chris and I trailed him.

"Did they reach home safe?" Christina asked Ethan.

"Peter and Theo? Yes, of course." He assured.

"How did they go back? The same way we came in before, through a letter?" I enquired.

"Oh, it was a letter this time?" Ethan said amused.

"What do you mean a letter this time?" Chris and I asked simultaneously.

"Olisen has several different portals connecting this world to the human world. Some may think on hearing the word portal that it would be a large hole that we could enter but Olisen was smart enough to create something that will be unexpected." Ethan said pleased.

"Something unexpected?" I asked confused.

"The portal to this world and to the human world was originally like a hole so it was highly risky since it could be opened anywhere and by anyone. Hence, Olisen and the committee of Ezra decided that it must be clandestine, unknown to anyone except certain people. So, they fabricated a portal on their own and it can only be done either by Olisen or Resilius, the rest of the portal was destructed to keep both the worlds safe. The portals can be various things, as you can see it can be a letter or even a simple cup. Every time Olisen comes up with something unforeseen." Ethan showed content on his face. This place is getting interesting second by second.

"Have you ever travelled to the human world?" Christina asked Ethan.

"Me? No. Olisen and the Harlows are the only people alive so far to do that." Not even Resilius. Ethan said disappointed.

"Have you ever wanted to go there?" I asked.

"Yes. I of all people had a pretty good reason to step out into the human world." He said smirking. I smiled back at him.

I just wanted to get rid off all the brother sister awkwardness and start over if we really are a family. Just then Christina asked, "What was it like being away from your own sister?"

"Well—" Ethan began and was interrupted on our way by a large person with heavy suit and a walking stick made of gold in his hands.

"Ethan Harlow." He began. "When do you plan on introducing me to your younger sibling?" he eyed me sharply.

"Mr. Viktor Its nice to see you in here." Ethan talked with veneration. Chris and I looked at each other. So, he must be Resilius Viktor, the person Olisen gave up his position to. He looked like a fine wealthy man with a great class of his own. His accent though sounded different but it wasn't unfamiliar either.

"You must be Elizabeth Harlow or I must say Elizabeth Ezra RavenStark." He approached with a stern look.

"You can just call me Elizabeth, sir." I said looking up at him. He was so tall.

"So, Elizabeth tell me why did you agree to get transformed. Olisen briefed me about your decision but I needed to hear it for myself. What made you take this important pronouncement? I am sure it wasn't because you wanted to help strangers." He asked looked down keenly at me.
