In the west fought Astroph.

Axetro pellira ...lightings came as he chanted his spell. Though the attacker's magic was far more powerful than theirs Astroph and Lyra were masters of earth magic since they were a child.

"Everyone got to the main exit. Hurry fast!" Astroph yelled signaling everyone towards the main exit.

Legrova sitrate ... the attackers shooted from a distance making the building shake. As a result the ceiling came crashing down blocking the exit.

Simultaneously, in the east Lyra fought with rage.

Axetro sedrava .....Red flashes came from her destroying every enemy that comes in her way. Suddenly Lyra's eyes spotted a child across the room standing all alone, clueless and lost.

She ran over to the child, but before she could get to her, black smog fogged up making it impossible to see.

She suddenly felt something grab her, instinctively she raised her hands to hit

"Whoa, Lyra, you wouldn't raise your hands on your brother, will you?" Astroph said stopping her.

"Astroph, what's this smoke? What's this fog?" Lyra said coughing.

The smoke level got rising up; it was getting impossible to breath.

"Where's Wynston?" Lyra asked still coughing.

"He's in the other side of the room. The main exit is blocked. So he is taking everyone through the secret passage." Astroph said tears coming from his eyes due to the smoke. "Come on, let's go."

"But the child..." Lyra said looking. But the girl was no longer there.

"Come on, sister. We have to at least save most of the people." Astroph said to his sister.

Whilst they reached the place, no one was there. There was no sign of single living person. Only bodies scattered.

The smoke was reducing second by second. After a few minutes it became visible. The attackers were all gone; it was like they had vanished with the smoke. But Lyra and Astroph wished their eyes were blind, at least not to see the scenery before them.

Much to their horror, Bodies were lying everywhere. The people whom they thought they protected; the people who were their responsibility were massacred mercilessly. Lying on the floor, with tears filled their eyes and their blood covering their precious home; Astroph and Lyra were shattered. They could not save their own people, they failed to be their leader.

"No! I can't believe my eyes. This can't be happening. We tried and tried so hard to protect them and now, everything's gone. "Lyra said hopelessness in her eyes. "Father must be so disappointed. We failed him...I failed him Astroph. " Lyra said collapsing to the ground.

Astroph stood stunned. He saw his father die and now his own people. The people who looked up to him, the people he swore to protect at any cost.

"Where's Wynston? Wyn!" Lyra said coming back to her sub consciousness. "Astroph, where's he? You said he would be here right?" she said tapping her brother vigorously.

"He should be here. I left him right here to look after these people whilst I come and get you." Astroph said looking around."Do you think he's...?"

"No. No, that's not possible. Wynston wouldn't leave me. He must be somewhere. Look for him." Lyra said in the state of utmost panic.

"Calm down Ly. Yes, you are right Wynston is fine. I couldn't see him here, maybe he survived. We will go look for him, but together. I can't lose anyone today." Astroph said helping his sister back to her feet. "We will find him I promise."
