AEGEAN HALE
THIS woman is a daredevil. That stunt she just did was dangerous and she knows about the risk but she still did it without any hesitation. She is not the type of person who talks a lot but when she thinks of something—when she is planning to do something, she will make it happen with or without a companion. I still don't know how to react on what I just witnessed. I never met a woman this brave before.
I am staring at her intently while she is still having a wide smile plastered on her face. We never saw that coming. It is so hard to read what's in her mind because whenever I try to talk to her, she is just ignoring me and do what she wants to do. Very unpredictable. That is what she is.
"You are really something!" Blake exclaimed, still in awe.
"What?" she talked back, raising an eyebrow.
I remained silent and just kept on staring at her. I don't know what she is made of to be like this. Her bravery and guts is in a different level. She is mysterious and an introvert which makes her even more difficult to understand.
"Who are you?" I asked.
"Someone not that important!" she answered as she smirk.
"Who are you?"
She frowned when I repeated my question. I retained the serious expression I have as I wait for her to answer. She even rolled her eyes, turned her back at us, and was about to walk away but I was quick to grab her arm to stop her from leaving.
"What the hell do you want from me?" she said without looking back but there's a hint of irritation in her voice.
"Who are you?" I asked back with emphasis.
"Why the fuck are you so interested in me?"
She finally faced me once again as she raise asn eyebrow and her arms are crossed. I don't know how to tell her that the alpha wants us to recruit her. I do want her to be part of the team but if she refuses, I would respect that. But the situation is different now because it is an order from the alpha male ans I don't know how will I tell the alpha in cade6she declines the recruitment.
"You need to come with us."
"No!"
She tried to get away once again but I made my grip even tighter. She glared at me but I didn't let her go. I need to make her understand how important is this not only for me but most importantly for the safety of the people. Based on what I heard earlier, she does really care about the people's safety. That's why I'm having a positive mind that she will be willing to join us once she find out why we are doing this.
"Get your filthy hands off of me!" she shouted once again as she struggle to free her arm from my grip.
"Stop the struggle! Just come with us!"
"Fine!"
She rolled her eyes and didn't bother to speak again. I didn't let go of her arm even if it seems like she had given up and agreed to come with us. I won't be deceived. I don't know what's in her mind right now and that means anything could happen. I don't want to have a blindspot. I don't want to be tricked. I've seen some of her tactics before and she is one hell of a kind. Who knows if she is already plotting a way to escape from me now?
