"We did," Aelia assured. "We figured the angels from other sections would love to know about this matter, so we prepared a proof to prevent rumours about us from spreading."

Angelo fixated his gaze on Aelia. The confidence growing in her voice set wonders in everyone sitting in the room. He watched Sophia stood up from her seat, holding a large box in her palms. Every angel veered towards direction and gasps filled the room the minute Haru removed the cloth from the large box. Contrasting to the sight of the majestic golden box, Ezra's head was served on the platter.  Skin as pale as the colour of transparent noodles and eyes wide open.

"As you can see, we took care of it well. Ezra made a mistake none of us can forgive, so this decision was made together with my fellow guardians the minute he returned to Halion," Aelia spoke, motioning for Sophie to cover the box and then proceeded to smile sweetly. "We will discard every part of Ezra the minute this assemblage is done."

"That is wonderful news then. Those who made mistakes should be given a chance to repent, but if it is a choice severe and threatened the safety of Halion, then we should give no chances," Xylo assured, straightening his posture in his seat.

Seeing Carson's faithful pawn disappeared would be the greatest satisfaction any angel could obtain. Angelo thanked Aelia for such a facet presentation. He tapped his feet under the table, crossing them together as he twirl the golden pen in his palms. Trying to stiffen a yawn, Angelo bit his inner cheeks to wake himself up. He needed to get ahold of himself. Reminding himself that this will possibly be the last assemblage he hosts, Angelo was determined to be done with it. Staying out of it seemed a lot easier back then, but that was before it became his responsibility.

"Alright, we will move on to the election for an angel for the Throne in this first rotation," Angelo spoke. "Angels with already selected adept guardians are given priority to claim it."

"Then, there are only a few competent ones," Savannah assured and questioned. "Do we remain the rotation then? Once in every ten years. Though, I would personally love it if we angels are allowed to overthrow the superior if he or she is deemed unfit to rule Halion. It would be the best way to cut off the roots of evil and dishonesty. This prevents us from putting out fellow guardians in trouble, misery, pain and suffering. Once an angel makes a mistake during their governance, we can all decide if it is right or wrong. Call for a council to make a quick decision or everything would go in vain. I can't imagine restructuring a piece of land from the start. It took my guardians five years to build it and one day to be ruined."

Savannah had been the angel of Land for a longer time than anyone could imagine. Angelo remembered once when Halion's structure was ruined, she was the first to head up and refurbished it. It took her and her guardians almost four years to maintain the best structure. A war could destroy anything within minutes. He had to agree with her on this.

"Overthrowing is allowed," Angelo announced. "But, with proper pieces of evidence. Without them, angels are not allowed to condone."

"However, if an angel does not wish for the throne, then do they get a say in it?" Flora asked, making herself visible to the crowd for the first time. "The Throne has a heavy responsibility, and I believe that if an angel is not ready for it, they should not take it up, even with a suitable guardian on their side. A ruler without a proper mindset will bring bane to us all."

"I see Flora's point. She is right. We do not want a ruler who is forced to sit on it," Andrei mused.

"An angel who does not wish for the throne are allowed to step down, but only for three rotations maximum," Angelo declared strongly, looking at the angels. "No more than three. I believe that three decades would be enough for an angel to prepare not just themselves, but also their selected guardians. If there is a request for a fourth, an explanation will be demanded."
