Erasmus observed the spinning relic, fingers pressed again the sides to search for the dimensions harbouring Ansel's broken soul. The phosphorescent table omitted golden beams, mirroring the relic each time a part of the soul was found. Snowbreaker whined at the corner of the room, burying her head in between her talons as she watched Angelo gathering all Ansel's soul in the relic. The relic currently worked perfectly as a prime soul connoisseur. When the relic released another glow, Snowbreaker roared, glaring at Angelo's slender fingers.

"What is she trying to say?" Lithius questioned, turning to look at Angelo who sat calmly by the table. "You do hear her making all that noise right? Is there something wrong?"

Angelo darted his eyes towards Snowbreaker's direction. Before he could say a word, Snowbreaker stood up from her spot,  licking her front talons and sauntered towards the table. She landed her head on the table next to Erasmus, causing the poor guardian to stumble, knocking his back on the wall. Lithius suppressed his laughter, glancing at Snowbreaker who scrolled across the table to search for something in particular. Angelo couldn't help but headed over to her to see what she was searching for. Snowbreaker let a soft purr the minute she spotted a vast empty space between the rings of an ancient planet.

"There is nothing there, Snow," Angelo said, enlarging the figure and spun it to take a clearer look. "Snow, did you pick up a new language while I am gone? I clearly cannot understand you now. What is it?"

Snowbreaker growled, pouncing onto the table, her talons clicking on the spot she selected. Angelo squinted his eyes on it, seeing nothing, but Lithius moved closer. He tilted his eyes, fingers pressing on the selected empty space.

"It's protected with some kind of magic source, did you see that, brother?" Lithius explained, pointing towards the dark linings merging together with the planet. "That is a source from an angel. We detect angelic and guardian's magic through the tiny particles left on it when they reside. This is in perylene black. If I am not mistaken, there is only one person residing there."

"Males. We only had two angels of the Dead. You know Olos, he passed on in within the lands. Males asked for retirement and he is the only angel of the Dead we have now," Angelo mused, turning to face Snowbreaker who lowered herself on the ground, curling herself again. "You are telling me Males is residing there?"

Lithius raised his eyebrows at those words. Males, residing on the ring of a planet. Well, he should not judge the angel because he clearly had seen Males before up close. Among all the luxurious bedrooms Halion offered, Males selected to rest under a huge wilted tree despite the tedious sun basking on his overly pale skin. Lithius shut his eyes, magic eddied towards it, seeping their way into the table. He felt the surge of energy from the planet consolidating in between his. With that, Lithius get a tremendous view of the modest territory.

Neat shelves arranged in it. Males sat in the middle of the room, his eyes shut with a book opened on his lap. The space seemed secluded for any beings to roam in it, yet Lithius spotted Ansel sitting in the corner of the room, head buried in between the books Males shared with her. Smiling at the sight, Lithius felt contented to know that the core of her soul is still intact. All they need to do was to patch everything together.

"Lithius," Males called out, alerting Lithius who jolted in his spot. "You are not supposed to pry into my territory without my permission."

Startled at the Males' sudden warning, Litihius lifted his fingers from the table, staring at Angelo who watched the magic disappeared within the marked territory.

"What did you do?" Angelo questioned, squinting his eyes at Lithius who gritted his teeth.

"Males knew I was gazing into his sacred spot," Lithius grinned, brushing the back of his neck with his palms. "But the good thing is, Ansel is with him which means she is safe and sound. Once we managed to piece all of them, it is easy to guide her back to her body."
