JENNIE

Jennie Kim, a third year Interior Design ace student. Sometimes bullied because of her nerdy look, quiet personality and laid back taste in fashion. Unlike the other students, she is financially struggling to finish college. Her parents died when she was young. Her Aunt adopted her when it happened. She has a part-time job in a café near the University to help her Aunt send her to school. She really dreams of becoming a famous Interior Designer someday. People may say that she's too far from her dreams when it comes to her look and lifestyle, but for Jennie, what they say and even her status in life will never be a hindrance on reaching her goals.

L: Good morning Juicy Kitten. I hope you'll have a great day ahead.

I smiled receiving an early morning text from a stranger I just have met online last night. She may be a stranger, but I don't know why I feel comfortable with her. I am not yet sure of my sexual preference since I haven't been in a relationship yet, but I don't mind. As long as the person is good to me and we click. You may be wondering why I registered myself on an online dating app? It's because of desperation. 5 months from now is our finals and my money is not yet enough to pay my tuition fee's remaining balance. The University won't allow me to take this year's final exam if I will not be able to pay it fully. So, yeah, I guess you get it.

"So early in the morning, J. Who are you texting?" I startled when I heard Rosé's high pitch voice behind me.

"God. Chae, you startled me! I could have dropped my phone." I told her while shaking my head.

"Ohhh. So, you've got a textmate?" Rosé faced me stabbing her eyes on me.

"No. I mean, yes. Just someone to talk to. You know." I said shyly.

"Jennie Kim already wants to have a boyfriend, huh?" She said while we're walking in the hallway across the football field; approaching our room.

"Ouch!" I was surprised when Rosé screamed in pain and almost fell to the ground when a football hit her.

"Oh my God. How's your head?" I helped her balance her body.

We saw three guys approaching with the girl I was telling my chat mate last night.

Our eyes met but I looked down when they're already in front of us.

"Are you fine?" She asked Rosé.

"I'm really sorry. I didn't see my kick was going on your way. I'm Chanyeol." He tapped Rosé's shoulder and offered a handshake. He and the other two guys was talking to Rosé making sure she's fine.

"Hi." This woman who looks like has a playgirl reputation greeted me.

"Hi." I replied shyly.

"How about you, are you ok? By the way, I am Lisa." She offered a handshake and closely spread her lips to the sides and smiled at me.

I don't know why I can't look her in the eyes.

"I—I'm Jennie." I said still looking down and accepted her handshake. Her hand is so soft and warm.

"Nice to meet you, Jennie. Are you sure you're ok?" She asked me and I nodded.

Her friend cut our moment. "Hi Miss. Whatever this fucker told you, don't believe her. She'll just win your heart to bang you in bed. Never listen to her voice, I swear."

Should I believe him?

"Get lost, Jimin. She might believe you." Lisa said and punched her friend's arm. I just bit my lower lip looking at her. "Nice to meet you again, Jennie." She said with a smile and left her friends. We also made our way to our classroom.
