Ethel: *in bed, thinking about school* I can't believe that I am going back to school. Another school year, with homework, and teachers I hardly get along with.
Mother: *having a midnight snack before bed*
Ethel: One thing's for sure, there will be new people! Seeing that I am a junior, I better make the Freshmen comfortable. If there is a silver lining to all this, I don't have gym class this year!
Mother: Get to sleep, Ethel! I can hear you talking!
Ethel: Sorry, Mom! *whispers* Just trying to prepare for my first day back.
