chapter 43: Ozpin's secret

Ozpin asks Josh to leave with Sienna and Medina

Alice: so why did you ask Josh to leave?

He takes a deep breath

Ozpin: it has to do with Pyrrha.

Ashe: what's Pyrrha going to do with this?

Ozpin: Because She was supposed to be the fall maiden instead of Cinder

Jaune: I'm totally confused

Ruby: You're not the only one

Ozpin: i'm worried that Josh wouldn't forgive me for what I try to do to her

They look at each other even more confused

Qrow: it's about Salem

Ren: what about her?

Ozpin: She's immortal.

All: WHAT?!

Atalante: ok, I'm so confused as to why she's immortal

Ozpin: and this is why I don't want anyone saying this to Josh.

Ashe: but he deserves to know

Blake: I agree

Ozpin: then can you tell him when we arrive at least

Josh: I'm confused about why Oz, has to ask us to leave the club car

Medina: at least we get to catch up abit

Sienna: so how did you two became friends?

Josh: Well we weren't close to begin with.

Medina: and that's until he helped me with some personal issues.

Josh: and since then we've been great friends.

Sienna: but why did you transfer academies?

Medina: Let's just say that there was an incident.

Josh: and after that incident I had to wait for an entire year for Garreg Mach Academy to begin.

Medina: which reminds me. What class were you in?

Josh: you mean which house? It was the black eagles. And the leader and I became best of friends.

With the group

Alice was having a drink and thinking until Blake sat next to her

Blake: thinking about how Josh would react to when he learns about Salem?

Alice: More or less.

Blake: ( to the tender) cola please.

Tender: sure thing ma'am.

Alice: but far as I know He won't be happy.

Blake: well we need to get Josh and the other two cause it's nearly time for dinner.

A couple of days later

The train arrives at the terminal at Garreg Mach

Ruby: wow this place is beautiful

Josh: just you wait till you see the monastery.

Voice: I happen to be agreeing with you, Josh

Josh: Petra.

Petra and Josh share a hug

Josh: it's nice to see you again.

Petra: likewise

Yang: (to Ashe) this must be Petra that you mention

Ashe: yep

Then Josh introduces his friends to Petra

Petra: Ashe?

Ashe: great to see you, Petra

Then Petra shows them where they'll be staying for a little

Qrow: we need to get to Atlas as soon as possible.

Petra: how come?

Ruby: we need to get the relic there as fast as possible.

Petra: relic?

Ruby explains about the lamp

Petra: let me see what I can do.

Afterwards, Alice finds Josh in the dinning hall

Alice: ( to herself) Ok Alice, be prepared for anything. (To Josh) hey Josh?

Josh: what's up?

Alice: there's something that I need to tell you...

Elsewhere Sienna was having a walk until she saw something

Sienna: I think that Josh has to see this.
