While the murder scene was being investigated

Orsune: I wonder how Galen is doing.

Josh: from I hear Penny was framed for something she didn't do.

Medina: that's what i said.

Orsune: I'll be going to check on him.

he leaves Josh and Medina

Josh: I'm worried about penny.

Medina: me too.

At Atlas Academy

there is a meeting in Ironwood's office he is having a meeting with Edelgard, Ruby, Jaune, Winter and Ren

Ironwood: if things keep going south as it is. we'll be having riots again.

Ruby: what do you surpose we do?

Winter: Martial law is always an option.

Jaune: you can't be Serious.

Edelgard: I Agree and That's a stupid idea!

Winter: Stupid? Mantle needs to be reminded th-

Edelgard: Mantle is apart of Atlas! or have you forgotten?

Winter was shocked by her outburst

Ruby: Edelgard's right, General.

Ironwood: it's still an option though.

Edelgard: (leaving) a stupid one at that too.

Ironwood: and where do you think you're going?

she stops

Edelgard: (not facing Ironwood) let me warn you and this is your first warning: if you declare martial law, we'll have some serious problems.

she leaves with the ashen Wolfes to her shuttle

on the elevator

Balthus: he can't be seriously be thinking about martal law. can he?

Constance: i'm worried that he will.

Hapi: that makes two of us, Coco.

Edelgard: Apparently he thinks that it's a good idea. but at the moment they're only talking about it.

Yuri: so what did you tell him if he did.

Edelgard: I've warned him if he did. we'll have some serious problems.

they look at each other concered

Constance: like what?

Edelgard: i haven't gone that far yet.

in Mantle

Orsune and Weiss had gone to check on how Galen is doing while penny is resting

Weiss: how is she?

Galen: she's seen better days.

Orsune: I'm sure that everything will be ok, old friend. (places a hand on his shoulder to erasure him)

Galen: me too.

then he started to cry 

Orsune: hey don't be sad, bud.

Galen: the people are calling for her to be shut down.

Weiss: they can't be serious, can they?

Orsune: i doubt that too.

he goes to pick up a photo of himself and the original creator of penny on the day when she was built

Galen: I've promised her creator that i would protect her now matter what. and haven't done so.

Weiss: i've heard that she's the first of her kind to generate aura.

Galen: that's true.

he shows them by slowly generates his own

Orsune: you're kidding aren't you?

Galen slowly shakes his head

Orsune: you're not kidding?

Galen: i'm sorry Krannic.

Orsune: no wonder that you avoided combat all this time.

in the Vault of the winter maiden

Josh was chatting with Ironwood

Ironwood: once Winter gets the power of the winter maiden we'll be able to move atlas.

Josh: What about Mantle?

Ironwood explains about the state of the city

Josh: that doesn't mean that you should leave it to it's fate!

Ironwood: i know.

Josh: i need some time to think though.

Ironwood: take all the time you need, Josh. But we must stop Salem no matter the cost.

Josh: you're not thinking about war. are you?

Ironwood: don't worry.

they go upstairs where winter was pacing back and forth while Penny is waiting

Josh: What is it, Winter?

she hands them three envelopes with the schnee emblem

Winter: (hands two to Josh) make sure that your father and Edelgard get these.

Josh: what are they?

Ironwood: (sighs) Dinner invitations at the Schnee manson.

Josh: ok.

In Mantle

Blake, Alice and Yang encounter Robin and the Happy Huntresses but as they were about to run

Alice: wait!

Robin: what?

Alice: i want to talk.

Huntress: she looks suspicious.

Alice: i don't want to fight.

She unclips her sword and places it on the ground

Robin: I want to know why Ironwood isn't giving Mantle the resources it needs.

Alice: then i'll tell you.

Yang: what are you doing, Alice?

Alice: I'm not one to keep secrets, Yang. You should've known that by now.

robin holds out her hand and Alice holds it generating aura from it

Alice: Ironwood is building a mobile tower using Amity Colosseum.

it glowed green and they released hands

Robin: thanks Goldilocks.

Alice: Goldilocks?

Robin: you wear gold don't you?

she looks at her armour and realises that she's right and they part ways as she picks up her sword

Alice: What?

Yang: you didn't had to tell her.

Alice: if she didn't know, she won't help us.

Blake: i agree with Alice, Yang.

Yang: OK.
