Before declaration of war. Team RWBY and the Ace ops had returned to Atlas academy
Ruby: has anyone seen Josh or his friends?
Weiss: I think that Ashe is still in Mantle with Atalante and Sienna.
Just then Ashe contacted Weiss
Weiss: Excuse me for a minute
She leaves Ironwood's office
Weiss: hey Ashe.
Ashe: hey dear.
Weiss: What happened to Josh?
Ashe: he's doing something dangerous
Weiss: Dangerous? How?
Ashe: promise me that you won't flip?
Weiss: ok I promise.
Ashe: Cinder's here in Atlas.
Weiss:...
Ashe: (worried) Weiss?
Weiss:IS HE INSANE?! His Sister nearly killed us in Mistral!
Ashe: Look from what I've heard from Josh. She has sometime to think about her actions.
Weiss: I don't know about this, Ashe. I mean how can we trust her?
Ashe: me neither, Weiss but we do trust Josh like we always do.
Weiss agrees with him than she rejoins her team in Ironwood's office where he is seen with an arm sling from his fight with Arthur Watts and being over paranoid more then ever
Ironwood: we weren't being paying much attention.
He pulls out an Queen chess piece and place it on his desk
Ruby: General Ironwood?
Ironwood: we need to move Atlas.
Yang: you're not thinking about leaving Mantle to it's fate. Are you?
Ironwood: I am and as of now on. I'm declaring martial law.
Just then a circular scroll beeped and everyone looked at Ruby
Ruby: why is everyone looking at me for?
Then she suddenly remembered about the circular scroll given to her by Edelgard
Blake: can you bring up the table General?
Ironwood brings up the table and Ruby places her circular scroll down and turns it on revealing a very angry Edelgard
Ironwood: emperor. What ca-
Edelgard: cut the crap Ironwood!
Harriet: watch it!
Edelgard: shut it Ace moron.
Harriet was shocked
Edelgard: it has come to my attention that you have decided to abandon Mantle!
Ironwood: you have to un-
Edelgard: I don't want understand or I don't care what is the good reason for your actions.
Ironwood: just what do you mean?
Edelgard: like I said before Mantle is apart of Atlas. Either you stop on your current path or there will be a massive problem.
Everyone looked at Ironwood for his choice as he think carefully
Elm: General?
Ironwood: you're no longer welcome.
Edelgard: you're going to regret crossing us!
Ironwood: tha-
Edelgard: We'll stop you from Atlas, Ironwood!
She cuts transmission
On her ship
Edelgard: (to Constance) send Ingrid, Balthus and Annette to Atlas academy. And get team RWBY out.
Constance: will do, your majesty.
At Atlas academy
Ingrid, Balthus and Annette arrived at Ironwood's office when they were surprised when Marrow turned against the ace ops after team RWBY left
Harriet: What's the big idea, Marrow?
Marrow: I'm repaying an debt to Josh's father when he helped me with my training.
Elm: You traitor!
She transformed her rocket launcher into a hammer and goes to strike him but was blocked
Elm: What?!
Balthus: Guess again, Pal. If you want the doggie. You'll have to go through me first. The king of grappling!
Elm: fine!
The two got back with their team mates
Harriet: you think that you can beat us? We're the best in Atlas
Ingrid: that might be true but we're the top fighters in the Black Eagle Strike Force you have no chance against us!
This made Harriet angry and she charged at her but Annette kicked her out towards the elevator station at the top with her own weapon
Annette: I don't know why we have to fight. I thought we were friends!
Harriet: don't give me that crap. I never wanted to be friends with you!
Annette: oh that's it!
They charge at each other and clashed. back with the other four
Balthus: ha. do you honestly think that you would beat me? The king of grappling?
Elm: Grr. Yes I do.
Balthus took off the grappling gloves to fight with bare hands
Elm: um. what are you doing? Don't you need a weapon to fight?
Balthus: oh don't worry yourself about that. I don't want to hurt you at all but if her highness says that I have to then.
Vine: but why did she want to start this?
Ingrid: that's something that you have to ask Ironwood about.
All four clashed until the ace ops are defeated
Annette: I hope that this will be the last time that we have to fight them
Balthus: same here, Anni
While Ingrid restraints the knocked out ace ops
Ingrid: I doubt that you two ( turning to Marrow) what are you going to do?
Marrow: I owe a lot to Orsune and I'm going to join you
Ingrid: (holds out her hand) well then welcome to the Black Eagle Strike Force, Marrow.
Marrow: thank you, Ingrid.
Meanwhile
Josh, Cinder and Sheyta joined up with Alice, Sienna and Medina outside the advanced hospital
Medina: (Angrily) you have a lot of nerve to fight along side us after you gave your own brother that scar! (She points to Josh)
Josh: Enough, Medina! She apologised for that already
Medina: sorry.
Josh and the girls head inside
